Taking down chowkats or frames with shutters (without taking off shutters from frame) area not exc.1.5 sqm each complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down chowkats or frames with shutters (without taking off shutters from frame) area exc.1.5 sqm and not exc.4 sqm each complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down shutters of any description, area exc.1 sqm and not exc. 2 sqm each complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Factory made 100 % solid wood plastic composite(WPC) door frame, double rebate 125 mm x 65 mm made from wood plastic composite ( Single extruded process) material with density 780 Kg/ Cum, complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE: During Fixing of chowkhat, surface Shall be make good in plumb with existing finishes like cement plaster, similar wall tile,floor tile etc and as per site requirement.

S&F Factory made 100 % solid wood plastic composite(WPC) door frame, single rebate100 mm x 65 mm made from wood plastic composite (Single extruded process) material with density 780 Kg/ Cum complete all as specified and directed. NOTE: During Fixing of chowkhat, surface Shall be make good in plumb with existing finishes like cement plaster, similar wall tile,floor tile etc and as per site requirement.

S & F for 35mm thick flush shutters solid core construction, with block board core and plywood face panels, commercial type on both sides including second class hard wood plain cover fillets 30X6mm all around the shutters complete including two coat of synthetic enamal paint over one coat of pink primer complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F of Factory made single extruded WPC (Wood Polymer Composite) solid plain flush door shutter of 30mm size comprising of virgin polymer of K value 58-60 (Suspension Grade), calcium carbonate and natural fibers (wood powder/ rice husk/wheat husk) and non toxic additives (maximum toxicity index of 12 for 100 gms) having minimum density of 650 kg/cum and screw withdrawal strength of 1800 N (Face) & 900 N (Edge), minimum compressive strength 50 N/mm2, modulus of elasticity 850 N/mm2 and resistance to spread of flame of Class A category with property of being termite/borer proof, water/moisture proof and fire retardant and fixing with stainless steel butt hinges of required size with necessary full body threaded star headed counter sunk S.S screws complete all as specified and all as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

S & F second class hard wood 35mm thick glazed and skeleton shutters, open rebated and prepared to receive glass, gauze etc (without sash bars) edges of framing plain, chamfered or rounded, fitted with cut and mitred beads for securing glass, etc sizes of members of shutters as specified in SSR Part I, section 8, clause 8.24 (a) supplied and fitted to chowkats complete all as specified and as directed.

S &F in repair Stainless steel wire cloth, 0.36mm nominal dia of wire & average width of aperture 1.40mm & fixed with alluminium wire staples complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing Fiber Glass Reinforced plastic (FRP)Door Frames of cross section 90 mm x 45 mm having single rebate of 32 mm x 15 mm to receive shutter of 30 mm thickness. The laminte shall be moulded with fire resistant grade unsaturated polyester resin and chopped mat. Door frame laminate shall be 2mm thick and shall be filled with suitable wooden block in all the three legs.The frame shall be covered with fiber glass from all sides.M.S. stay shall be provided at the bottom to steady the frame., complete as specified by the manufacturer and as per directions of Engineer-in-charge.
