NS-17 Fabricating, supplying & installing stainless Kg steel for railings for Boards, Frames, balconies grills, Gates, or grilled Frames etc., made of SS 304 grade stainless steel, laser cut / water jet cut (no shearing), polished with Automatic round/flat polishing machine to the satisfaction of Engineer- in-Charge. This includes all lead, lifting any height, loading, unloading, all taxes, charges, all L&M, T&P as a complete job. Nothing Extra will be paid whatsoever the case may be.

NS-18 Item Rate for providing and fixing at site Kg Pre-fabricated MS steel Cupboard shutters (Steel Almirah Type). Made from 20 SWG thickness including handle & round bar locking arrangement, Hasp & Staple Lock (Stainless Steel), Good quality M.S. Hinges & Tower bolt, cloth hook, M.S. Sheet Shelves (if required) and Frame for shutter to be fabricated with 20 SWG MS Sheet, with welding/Riveting/Bolting etc. with all to be finished by Metallic Paint to provide smooth and finished surface. This also includes Dismantling of existing wooden Cup Boards Shutters & Shelves (if required) etc. including material, labour, freight and all taxes & levies as a complete job to the satisfaction of engineer-in- charge

NS-19 Supplying and applying epoxy mortars Sqm (average thickness 5mm) over leached, honey combed, spalled concrete surface and exposed steel reinforcement after thorough cleaning of the exposed concrete/ reinforcement with wire brush, etc. complete as per specification. NS-20 Providing and Fixing Centeral Hole C.P. Each brass wash Basin mixer of make CERA, Hindware or similar with 450 mm braided connection pipe includes all lead, lifting any height, loading, unloading, all taxes, charges, all L&M, T&P as a complete job. NS-21 "Cleaning of underground septic /sewerage Each tank of approx. 15KL capacity at camp office NDLS by Contractor's own Labour & material, T&P, required etc. The operation shall involve removal of bottom sludge including complete sewage, cleaning at main sewer line & disposing off sludge & Sewage away from site on the same time as per rules & limits of Delhi Municipal, sewage & Sanitations & Environmental deptt etc. as a complete job. The Rate shall include all types of taxes, charges, octroi etc. paid in New Delhi. Safety security of labour provision of safety item to labour shall be the responsibility of contractor. (Qty = 01 Tank x 3 Times = 03 No's)"

NS-22 Item Rate for Supply of CP Coupling for Each Stainless Steel sink 40 mm Dia including PVC Waste pipe Complete Make KABA, includes all lead, lifting any height, loading, unloading, all taxes, charges, all L&M, T&P as a complete job. Nothing Extra will be paid whatsoever the case may be.

NS-23 Hiring of JCB/Hitachi for levelling and Hour dressing ground/dismantling structures,Removal of jungle, clearing of earth, lowering high cess etc., along side the track between up and down lines obstructing drainages of rain water, clearing of bushes obstructing visibility at curves and Level Crossings with all lead and lift etc. complete and as directed by the Engineer-in- charge .All labour, tools and plants consumables stores including supply of JCB/Hitachi with crew to be provided by the contractor at his own cost. The contractor shall arrange road permit f o r vehicle for all the States of operation, as per instructions of engineer in-charge a n d vehicle shall n o t be m o r e t h a n three years old. Payment shall be made for actual working hours at site.

NS-25 Supplying and Filling empty cement bags Each with available raw material such as Bag Sand/Earth/Mooram etc and stacking same in colony PLW/Patiala inclusive of all taxes & Labour etc. to the satisfaction of engineer in charge. Nothing extra shall be paid there off.

NS-26 Supply of floor mounted, gravity type, Each single piece European chinaware water closet with integrated cistern, complete with matching seat cover, dual flush mechanism, and all necessary fittings and accessories, of approved make such as CERA, Hind ware, Parry ware, or equivalent, conforming to relevant IS standards, ensuring durability, smooth operation, efficient water usage, and ease of maintenance, and shall be executed as a complete job to the satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge. Nothing extra shall be paid there off. Total 813420.00
