(o) Distempering (One coat) with oil bound distemper of approved brand and manufacture and of required shade on old wall surface to give an even shade, after thoroughly brooming the surface free from dirt, loose scales and other foreign matter and also including preparing the surface even and smooth.

Extra over Item No. (m), (n) and (o) above for every subsequent coat of distempering with oil bound distemper of approved brand and manufacture

Painting two coats (excluding priming coat) on new wood and wood based surface with enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture (Asian paint/Berger paint/ICI paint/J&N paint/Nerolac) to give an even shade including cleaning the surfaces of all dirt, dust and other foreign matter, sand papering and stopping. (a)General purpose (Asian paint/Berger. paint/ICI paint/J&N paint/Nerolac).

(a)Wall painting (one coat) with acrylic emulsion paint of approved brand and manufacture (Asian paint/Berger paint/ICI paint/J&N paint/Nerolac) on old wall surface to give an even shade after thoroughly brooming the surfaces free from mortar droppings and other foreign matter and sand papered smooth. (a)Acrylic emulsion paint of approved brand and manufacture (Asian paint/Berger paint/ICI paint/J&N paint/Nerolac).

c) Finishing wall with eater proofing cement paint of approved brand and manufacture and of required shade on old wall surface (one coat) to give an even shade after thoroughly brooming the surfaces to remove all dirt and remains of loose or softened paint

Varnishing one coat (excluding priming coat) on previously varnished wood and wood based surfaces with copal/spar varnish to give an even surface including cleaning the surface of all dirt, dust and sand papering so as to produce a smooth, dry and matt surface. (i) Surfaces over 100 mm in width or girth.

Providing putty in glass panes including taking out old putty carefully and fixing pins or nails where necessary.

Dismantling of pucca flooring top layer (neat cement finish and plastering) including screening, carriage and stacking of serviceable materials at a safe place as directed by the Department in- charge.

15 mm thick cement plaster in single coat on single or half brick wall for interior plastering up to Ist floor level including arises, internal rounded angles not exceeding 80 mm girth and finished even and smooth including curing complete as directed. (B) On fair side. (a) In cement mortar 1:3

Providing VITRIFIED floor tiles of approved quality of specified size, shape and thickness not less than 18mm on floors, skirtings, risers and treads of steps over 15 mm thick base of cement mortar in prop. 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand ) including cutting where necessary finished with flush pointing with Fix-A-Tile (Choksey/Sika/Pedelite/Rouf) / white cement slurry mixed with approved pigment to match shade of tiles, mixed with approved pigment to match the shade of the tiles, complete at all levels as specified and directed. (Coloured pigment should be in conformity with colour of tiles and as approved and directed by the Department). a) Normal range. Somany/ Orient/Nitco /Varmora/VITA/ Marbito/ Make. ii) Of size 600mmx600mm and above

10 mm thick cement plaster in single coat on fair side of brick/concrete walls for interior plastering up to Ist floor level including arises, or rounded angles not exceeding 80 mm girth and finished even and smooth including curing complete as directed. (b) In cement mortar 1:4

Providing and fixing flush door shutters solid core construction with frame of 1st class hard wood with cross band and face veneered ply wood face panels conforming to relevant I.S code including oxidised iron butt hinges (100mm x 75mm x 3.5mm) 6 nos with necessary wood screws. (a)Decorative type face panel and block board core. (ii) 35 mm thick

Providing, fitting and fixing vitreous china pedestal type water closet (European type W.C pan 400 mm high) with seat and lead, CP brass hinges and rubber buffers, CI/MS brackets, 40 mm dia flush band with fittings including painting of fittings and brackets required (Flushing cistern to be paid separately) (A)Parry Ware Make (a) White. (iii) Universal closet P trap (Inclusive of seat cover)

Supplying, fitting and fixing PVC flushing cistern with all internal fittings with CI brackets including fittings and fixing standard size CP flush pipe, union, clamps etc. complete as directed and specified.
