Repairs to plaster in patches of 2.50 Sq.M. and under and 10 to 15mm thick including cutting the patch in proper shape and replastering the surface of the wall including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground with cement mortar 1:6 ( one isto cement six isto mortar as per the directions of the Engineer-in-charge including carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentals. Providing and fixing 40 mm (forty millimetre) thick second class deodar wood shutters with pannel of 12 mm thick (twelve millimetre) phenol bonded pre-laminated board (both side) particle board panneled isi marked N0-IS 12823 including black enamle iron butt hinges with necessary screws complete as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidental. Providing and fixing 40 mm (forty millimetre) thick second class deodar wood wire gauge shutters using galvanised M.S. wire gauge of I.S. gauge designation 85 G(eighty five Gauge) with wire of dia 0.56 mm (zero point five six millimetre) for doors, windows and clerestory windows including with necessary screws complete as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidental. Providing and fixing aluminium handles anodized transparent or dyed to required colour and shade with necessary screws etcetera complete 125 mm (one hundred twenty five millimetre) within all leads and lifts and as per the direction of the engineer-in-charge and other incidentals. Providing and fixing PVC P or S trap for water closet (squatting pan ) ISI marked including jointing the trap with the pan and PVC pipe with approved adhesive etc. complete 110mm (one hundred ten millimetre) dia as per the directions of the Engineer-in-charge including all taxes, carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentals. Applying Birla white/J.K wall care putty over plastered surface after thoroughly brushing the surface free from mortar drops, dust loose materials and other foreign matter sand papered smooth to give final matter finish to the surface complete as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidental. The rate including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government .

Distempering two coats with oil bound washable distemper of Asian / Nerolac approved brand and manufacture and of required shade on un-decorated wall surfaces to give an even shade over and including a priming coat with distemper primer of approved brand and manufacture after thoroughly brushing the surface free from mortar dropping and other foreign matter and including preparing the surface even and sand papered smooth as per the directions of the Engineer-in-charge including carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentals. Providing and laying 25 mm thick (twenty five millimetre ) fisrt class kail wooding planking tongued and grooved in flooring fixing to wooden base frame with iron screws complete as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidental.
