12 mm thick plaster with cement mortar in proportion of 1:4 cement and fine sand on brick work minimum thickness not be less than 10 mm including supply of all material, labour and T&P etc. Required for proper completion of work. As per S.l.No 584+596 B

M-20 class R.C.C work with cement approved coarse sand 20mm gauge stone grit in proportion of 1:1.5:3 in foundation and footing excluding the supply of rainforcement and its bending but including its bidding the same with 24 BWG HI binding wire and alos including providing & fixing necessary centering and shuttering and its removal after completion of work & supply of all other materials labour T&P etc. Required for the proper completion of the work. As per (S.l.No.284A)
