Disconnecting of unserviceable sub main wiring/Service connection of any size and including steel conduit and accessories & removing from site and making good the disturbed surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for Submain wiring with two run of single core 2.5 Sqmm multi stranded copper conductor cable drawn through and incl 25 mm dia PVC non metallic rigid conduits and the conduits accessories incl one run of earth continuity conductor with 2.5 sqmm multi stranded copper conductor cable all as specified and directed . Note :- Two run of single core cable and one run of earth continuity conductor and one metre of conduit shall be measured as one unit, and Cable will be issued under Sch 'B' store.

Taking down U/S earth plug and Supply & fix new metal clad 20 Amp 230 volts single pole and neutral and earth enclosure with two pin and earth plug with socket complete with one single pole MCB of 20 Amp 10 KA all as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Make: ABB/L & T/Legrand

Taking down old U/S exhaust fan and supply and fixing PVC exhaust fan of size 150mm sweep with louver 1280 RPM, air delivery 520 CMH, power input 28 W single phase 240 Volts connected complete all as directed.

Supply and Fixing inreplacement LED tube light 16/18/20/22 watt, 4 feet long all as per directed by Engr-in-Charge.
