Material and labour for prearing existing black top surfaces with wire brushes for removing cake, mud etc sweeping with brooms and finally fanny the cleaned surfaces with gunny bags/air compressor to remove all losse dirt and applying evenly a priming/tack coat with paving bitumen VG-10/ cold emulsion at the rate of 5 kg per 10 sqm on road surfaces. Laying rolling, consoliding, 30mm thickness of bitumen premixed semi dense ashphaltic concrete with 5.5% binder content of bitumen grade VG-30 by weight of total mix laid with mechanical paver,roller and completed to required camber gradient with pressure roller and 8 to 10 tonne power roller and be achieved a uniform smooth pneumatic roller complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L Repairs to pot holes any depth n.exc 1 Sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud water scoring sunken surfaces in roads, paths, etc. cutting round edges to at least 25 mm in depth and making good by filling in screened and graded road metal watering and well ramming (incl supply of metal) and making good by applying tack coat @ 5 kg per 10 Sq.m, putting in pre mix as specified for thin bituminous carpet (2 cm thick) well rammed and sealed with sand seal coat (6.8 kg of binder with 0.06 cum of sand) again well rammed (including supply of pre mix binder and sand) depth of pot holes not exc 30mm and using paving bitumen VG-10 all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparing bituminous surfaces of road and marking 2.00 mm thick centre lines, stop lines, dashes, arrows etc. and the like n. exc 10cm wide on roads pavements with hot applied thermo plastic road marking paint of approved colour confirming to BS 3262-1989 with special applicator machine all as per manufacturers instruction complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs cat eye solar reflective type of metal body alloy of size 100mmx100mmx20mm with PAMA strips lens with reflector fixed with and including MS Stud of suitable size as per manufacruers instruction. Note :- As per list of makes or as approved by GE.
