Scarifying or picking gravelled, maccadam or bituminous maccadam surfaces exceeding 50mm deep and area not exc. 100 mm deep area not excceding 400 Sqm all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75mm thick (comacted Thickness) water bound macadam in layer with corase aggregate of sand stone of grading 2 ranging from 63mm to 40mm, hollows made upto from true surface, spread surface binding with and including screening and moorum watered consolidated and rolled with 8 to 12 tonne ower roller to gradient and camber required all as secified and directed.

Preparing unsurfaced water bound macadam by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc, sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surfaces with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc applying evenly a tack coat with bituminous primer (paving bitumen) VG-10 @ 10Kg per 10 Sqm for laying bituminus macadam premix carpet complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for premix bituminous macadam using paving bitumin (VG-30) binder content of 4% by weight of total mix any penetration laid / rolled and compacted to to required gradient and camber complete all as specifed and directed.

M & L Preparing existing black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc, sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surfaces with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc applying evenly a priming /tack coat with paving bituminous primer VG-10 grade at 5 kg per 10 Sqm complete all as specifed and directed.

Material and labour for bituminous premix semi dense asphaltic concrete(design mix) , 30 mm consolidated/compacted thicknesswith 5.5% binder content by weight of total mix using paving bitumin VG-30 laid / spred uniformly by means of pavers over primed black to surface, rolled and compacted using 8 to 12 tone power road roller to require camber and gradient compl ete all as specified and as directed. Note:filling of any ot holes ( comin in the area to be re-carpeted) in the item not exc 30mm depth by material of premix asphaltic semi dense concrete is deemed to be include in the quoted rate.

M&L for repairs to pot holes any depth not exc 1 sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud or water ,scoring sunken surfaces in roads etc cutting around edges to at least 25 mm in depth making good by applying tack coat with paving bituminous primer at 5 Kg / 10 sqm putting semidense asphaltaic concrete using 5.5% binder content by weight of total mix, well rammed and sealed with binder 9.8kg/10 sqm, blinded with 0.09 cum stone chippings 6.3mm size and again well rammed (incl supply of premixed macadam , binder and chippings) depth of pot holes exceeding 30mm complete all as specified and directed .

M&L for Moorum / red bajri filling in floor or paving laid in layers n. exc. 15cm thick spread levelled and rammed including watering complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for retro reflective thermo plastic road marking paint 1.50mm thick, uniform finish yellow/ white in colour, applied by machine, not exceeding 15cm in width, all as specified and confirming to BS -3262-1989 including cleaning of surface complete all as specified and directed

S&F for cat eye (Road stud) of size 100x100mmx25mm ( model : DA 51) made of polycarbonate moulded body with electronically welded prismatic retrolange on both sides for maximum reflection in wet & dry condition to be fixed with bituminous adhesive as per MORTH specification complete all as specified and directed Make: Dark eye/ Green light/ sinor/ birla/ 3M Road Knight)

Surface excavation n.exc(not exceeding) 30 cm deep and averaging 15cm deep and getting out complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated soil to a distance exc 500m and n exc 1 KM depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5m above the starting point complete all as secified and directed.

M&L for providing PCC 1:4:8 type D2 using (40mm graded stone aggregate) in foundation, filling and mass concrete, levelling course etc complete all as specified and direted.

M&L for sand filling under floor or in foundation including watering and consolidation as required complete all as specified and direted,

Material and labour for machine made ,1st quality, precast cement concrete rubber moulded coloured interlocking paver blocks / tiles , 80mm thick of grade M-40, of any shape or shap and designe as approved, with grey cement and pigment , laid over fixed as in floors/ paths/ pavings etc, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L fir cement concrete ( 1:2:4) type B-1 (20mm graded agrregate) in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, stes, seimic and other similar bands, plinth course, string course, lacing cours, arapets and railings upto 60cm in height, coping, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs, water througs and the like including wheathering slightly rounded or chamfered angle and throating complete all as specified and directed.
