Taking down carefully/aluminium point wiring (light, fan, socket or power point ) complete including fitting such as hylem sheet switches, ceiling rose, pendent holder sockets, regulator except concealed conduit and sunken boxes etc and making good distrubed surfaces of wall and floors etc to match with the existing all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for point wiring complete with 1.5 sqmm (nominal area) PVC insulated and unsheathed multi stranded copper conductor FRLSH cable (ISI marked) in existing concealed surface conduit for one light point /fan point controlled by one switch including 1.5 sqmm single core multi stranded FRLSH copper earth wire to common earth and connecting to earth dolly and existing MS Sunken box and incl 3 mm thick laminated sheet ISI Marked top cover etc complete all as specified and directed.

Note :-Three run of 6 sqmm copper wire shall be measured as one RM length for payment.

Material and labour for casing caping of size 25mm (medium grade), fixing on wall/ceiling surface including all fitting arrangement i.e. PVC clamp, rawl plug, screw etc. including making good disturbed surfaces of walls as per existing after that existing LAN wires and telephone wires any size disconnecting the existing connection and drawing through casing caping and re-connection with existing instruments as per original complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour Electronic driver suitable for Led ceiling lite of 36 watt of size 2' x 2' complete.

Material and labour for Earthing complete with galvanised iron earth plate electrode of size 60cm x 60cm x 6mm buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below ground level ) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 metre below normal ground level, connected to and including earth continuity GI wire 4 mm (upto test point from earth plate i.e. 7.5m min) by means of GI bolts/nuts/washers and including protected by 15mm dia GI light grade protection pipe from earth plate to test point, including making of test point. Material and labour for Earthing complete with copper plate electrode of size 90cm x 60cm x 5mm thick buried directly in ground (each pit not less than 2.25 Metre deep below normal ground level), with top edge of the plate vertically to depth of not less than 1.5 metre below normal ground level surrounded from all sides with alternate layers of char coal/cokel, coal dust and common salt, connected to and including copper strip as size 32mm x 6mm earth lead connected by means of MS bolts, nuts washer & check nuts etc., connected to earth test point/main control board including 40mm dia light grade GI pipe for protection to extent 7.5 metre as earthing lead and GI pipe 20mm bore for watering including providing funnel and wire mesh, 10mm thick cover hanged to CFI frame PCC chamber pit with PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregates complete all as per electrical plate No. 3 of SSR part-1 including excavation and earth work in any type of soil and testing, complete all as specified and and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.
