Dismantling of brick tiles or terracing tiles in single or double layers on roofs complete all as specified and as directed. 1. If any lightining conducture is found duing dismantling of roof tiles at site, it shall be carefully removed and refixed in the same position after laying of APP membrane as per direction by Engr-in Charge. 2. No additional rate shall be paid for removal and refixing of lighting conducture to the contractor.

Demolition of concrete in Roof and paving not exc 15 cm thickness in roof and similar suspended work and removal of Debris out side of MOD land complete all as specified and as directed

Demolition of mud phuska on roof any thickness and removal of debris outside MOD land complete all as specified and as directed

Roughening surfaces of old concrete floor/roof by picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust etc. including providing neat cement slurry @ 3Kg/Sqm and preparing slab surface with wire brushing complete and finishing top surface of PCC rough & even to receive the bedding layer complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & Labour for 50 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in roof padding, levelling course complete all as specified and directed

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 using 12.5mm graded stone aggregates in steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, parapets and copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs , water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for preparing the surfaces and applying evenly a priming/tack coat with bituminous primer at 10 kg per 10 sq metre complete all as specified and as directed

M & L for providing 3 mm thick APP based polymeric membrane minimum weight 3kg/sqm and minimum 3mm thick reinforced with polyester non woven fabric (wt. not less than 150 gms/sqm ) land on primed surface by forced application complete all as specified and as directed

M & L for 40mm thick Brick tile laid over cement screed bed 15mm thick in CM 1:6 and pointed in CM 1:3 complete all as specified and as directed

All as per item no. 9.00 here-in-before but except tiles complete all as specified and directed. Note : Old serviceable bricks tiles as obtained from dismantling shall be reused after proper cleaning.

M& L for pumping out water from static water tank of capacity upto 50000 Gln including clearing of weeds, mud, sand /silt deposited at bottom by any means as directed by Engineer-in-Charge complete all as specified and as directed

Taking down cement plaster of any description, any thickness from external surfaces of walls/soffits/Static Water tank etc. including raking out joints, hacking for keys, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and as directed

Ml & L for rendering 10 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 finished even and fair complete all as specified and as directed

Supply only integral liquid water proofing compound complete all as specified & as directed

M&L for Priming plastered and other surfaces with alkali resistant priming paint complete all as specified and as directed

M & L for prepration of new/old plastered/unplastered surface of walls and applying 02 coats of Cement based paint complete all as specified and as directed

M& L for rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surface in cement mortar 1:4 mixing with liquid water proofing compound as per manufacturer's instructions finished even and fair complete all as specified and as directed Note :- Liquid WPC will be measured and paid separately.

M & L for Waterproof Coating on Internal floor and wall using NITOCOTE CM 210 or equivalent of 2mm thickness complete all as specified below steps by authorised agency :- a) Surface Preparation: Surface shall be grained manual to ensure free from frost, surface laitance and contamination free from loose aggregate or other sharp protrusions with fairly smooth finish for application of waterproof coating. (b) Priming surface: shall be primed with water and wet the surfaces prior to coating. Any excess water collection shall be removed using sponge to ensure for better bonding. (c) System: Providing and applying two coats to achieve minimum 2.0mm thickness, the waterproofing coating shall be of Nitocote CM210 or equivalent as approved by GE, an elastomeric cementations coating. System shall consist of two-component polymer modified cementations coating supplied in pre-packaged form. The product should be designed to be easily mixed on site using a slow speed drill fitted with mixing paddle to apply on substrate using trowel. The cured coating, after immersion, shall be capable of withstanding cracked substrate cyclic movement from 0- 300 - 0 microns at 15°C for 6,000 cycles without failure all as specified and as directed at all levels. (d) Provide mechanical key : Sand shall be manually broadcast over the second coat immediately to ensure the protective layer shall be bonded to waterproofed coating layer. NOTES:- (I) The rates quoted for this items is deemed to be inclusive of all the provisons from (a) to (d) specified here-in-before. (II) The work shall be carried out by authorised applicator of the manufacturer only having valied licence with validity six month beyond date of completion of the work shalll be given by the contractor who in turn shall obtain the similar gurantee from the applicator and submit to the department.

M& L for cutting channel , V groove n exc 15 cm girth in RCC wall and clean the surface by removing dust and unwanted material by air presure to insert nozzle for injecting cement slurry into cracks developed in the wall all as specified and as directed

M & L for treating the “ V ” groove by Sealing the construction joints/cracks with crack sealing cementitious material Renderoc CS or equivalent as approved by GE in writing before incorporation in the work, following by providing injection treatment in the form of pressure grouting to the cold joint by injecting cement slurry mixed with grout admixture like Cebex 100 or equivalent @ 225 gms.per bag of cement or as per manufacture 's instructions in the required consistency through the pre fixed PVC nozzles in the 18 mm dia holes @ 0.6 mtr c/c , fixing of PVC nozzles with Renderoc Plug and final cutting the projected nozzles and sealing off the PVC nozzles after the injection operation is over with Renderoc plug or equivalent, non-shrink rapid setting mortar compound, finishing, curing etc. as per manufacturers specification complete all as specified and as directed Note:- The work shall be carried out by authorised applicator of the manufacturer only having valid licence with validity six months beyond date of completion of the work. the guarantee for the work shall be given by the contractors who in turn shall obtain the similar guarantee from the applicator and submit to the department.

Material & Labour for Gola/ Coving by providing and applying at the junction of base slab and vertical offsets with Cement Mortar 1:4 and admixed with Conplast X421IC or equivalent at dosage of 125ml per bag of Cement as per manufacture's instructions at a size of 75 mm x 75 mm all as specified as per manufacturers instructions and directed.Notes:- (i) water proofing admixture measured and paid seperately (ii) The work shall be carried out by authorised applicator of the manufacturer only having valid licence with validity six months beyond date of completion of the work. the guarantee for the work shall be given by the contractors who in turn shall obtain the similar guarantee from the applicator and submit to the department.

Raking out joints/ pointing to brick work or brick tiles, laid flat, in floors built in cement mortar, surface channels, roofs, etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Flush pointing to brick tiles laid flat as in pavings/Roof in CM 1:3 complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of brick work of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and as directed .

M&L for Brick work using sub class ‘B’ bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed .

M&L for Rendering 5 mm thick on fair faces of brick work / concrete surfaces as in ceiling in CM 1:3 finishing the surface even & smooth complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of Oil bound distemper over one coat over a coat of alkali resistant primer complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for preparation of newely plaster surfaces of ceiling and applying three coats of white wash complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of new or previously treated steel surface of any description not otherwise described over 10 cm width or girth and applying three coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of asbestos/fibre cement corrugated/semi corrugated /GI corrugated Sheet in roof covering including ‘J’or ‘L’hooks complete all as specified and as directed.

S& F Pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet of 0.50 mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/clading to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as recommended by manufacturer complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based plain steel sheet of 0.5mm thick, having tensile strength of 550MPA as in ridge,hips,valley gutter ,roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and as directed.

Dimantling (Frame work) timber scantling 40 sqcm and over in section, in any position complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Mild steel work as in Hand rails, half round or other steel section or core for wooden hand-rail straight portion, drilled and countersunk for blusters running bars, for doors, balusters, nosing to steps including embeding in concrete and screwing etc, wind ties for roof including securing bolts, posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc : flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc, and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and as directed.
