M&L for point wiring with 1100 volts grade PVC insulated FRLSH multistranded copper conductor cable 1.5 Sqmm (Phase - Red, Neutral - Black) and earth continuity conductor 1.5 Sqmm (Green), concealed in wall and drawn into and including rigid non metallic PVC conduit medium grade not less than 20 mm dia ISI marked ivory colour with all conduit fittings / fixing accessories and terminated in MS sunken box modular metal flush box of thickness not less than 1.2 mm, cover with 3 mm thick phenolic laminated white sheet cover for mounting switches, sockets, fan regulator as required for one 3 pin socket outlet 5 Amps on the same board with other switches, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L in repair for sub main wiring complete with 4 Runs of 6 Sqmm single core PVC insulated unsheathed FRLSH copper cable 1100 V grade with multistranded copper conductor ISI marked drawn throughn and including concealed PVC rigid conduit / casing capping not less than 25mm and conduit accessories fixed on surface/wall celing etc including provision of 1 Run of 6 Sqmm PVC insulated unsheathed FRLSH cable with multi-stranded copper conductor as earth continuity complete all as specified and directed. Note : 04 Run of 06 Sqmm copper wire copper wire and 01 Run of 06 Sqmm copper earth wire along with PVC conduct shall be measured as one unit.

S&F in repair modular 20 amp AC box with 20 Amp single pole MCB and 16 Amp 3/2 pin combined 2 module socket and 16 Amp plug top complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair LED luminaire 600 mm x 600 mm, 36 watt, 220 V AC recessed type warm white/natural white with high efficiency PMMA diffuser soft glare free light complete with driver, holders & LED lamp suitable for roof ceiling including connecting up with driver three core flexible copper conductor cases of suitable size complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down copper / aluminium point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) complete, including fixture and fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, regulators, sockets, light fitting etc. removing materials to store for keeping in safe custody or for taking credit (credit for above items should be made as per conditions separately) and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors, etc. complete all as specified and directed.

(ii) The cost of MS sunken box & cover plate of size as required at site and cutting chases in stone / brick masonry and making good disturbed surfaces using CM 1:3 shall deemed to be included in quoted rate.
