(c ) The width of Precast cement concrete (20mm graded stone aggregate ) type C-1 block masonry in walls shall be as 700 / 600 / 500 / 400 mm in lieu of width of Brick masonry 690 / 575 / 460 / 345 mm respectively as shown in drawings. (d) RCC work where ever shown in drawings as in base slab, baffle walls , Vent shaft, manhole openings with cover connection, roof slab etc . shall be RCC 1:2:4, type B1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate. (e) The cost of all above provisions and other provisions as shown in drawings shall be deemed to be included in quoted rates of this item and nothing extra shall be entertained on this account.

Taking down copper/aluminium point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) complete, including fixture and fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, regulators, sockets, light fitting etc. removing materials to store for keeping in safe custody or for taking credit (credit for above items should be made as per conditions separately) and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors, etc, complete, all as specified and directed.

M&L for point wiring using approved colour coding as per IS with using 1.5 Sqmm multistranded , 1100 volt grade copper conductor cable of PVC insulated and unsheathed type alongwith 1.5 Sqmm PVC insulated stranded copper conductor cable for continuous earthing in & incl PVC casing & capping with accessories having ISI mark, fixed on wall surfaces / ceiling including provision of suitable gang box for fixing switches, sockets etc. all as specified for one light point/ fan point controlled by one switch, complete, all as specified and directed.

M & L in replacement for Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 600x600x6.0mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metres deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 metres below normal ground level, connected to galvanised iron wire of 4.0 mm dia earth continuity coductor by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 of SSR-I 2009, connected to main switch board all as specified and including testing on completion. Including necessary excavation, earthwork, PCC works and CI earth pit cover with watering pipe 20 mm dia GI Pipe medium grade, funnel with wire mesh and lugs GI Pipe of 15 mm dia of light grade for protection of earth wire, complete, all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for sand cushioning to cables with a layer of sand 8 cm deep before laying the cable and 15 cm depth (punned down to 10 cm depth after laying and stretching of cable) complete all as specified. Note: Punned thickness (over all 18 cm) shall be measured & paid.

M & L of old size bricks B class as in protection of cable laid dry and flat adjacent to each other perpendicular to direction of cable direction of cable complete all specified and directed.

M & L in replacement for GI tubes, 'light grade' 50 mm dia, galvanised, with all fitting and fixed complete to walls and ceilings or laid in floors, complete, all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix exhaust fan, steel body, AC single Phase, 230Volts of size 300mm sweep with, blades, frame and louvers, complete, all as specified and directed.

Note:- The total shall subject to adjustment of credit of Rs 79917.50 for old Materials as per Schedule of Credit.
