Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for wind ties.

Dismantling of Brickwork of stone/boulder masonry, build in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc, but excluding ashlars facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles.

Dismantling Ceiling Boards (Fibre, Pulp, Insulation, etc.) or Insulation Boards/Blankets/Slabs of any description and any thickness including Cover Fillets, Cornices, etc., coomplete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of timber scantlings 40 sqcm and over in section in any position.

M&L brick work in one brick thick walls with sun class B bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius built in cm 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & fixing Pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coated GI based plain steel sheet 0.50 mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, ridge, facial eaves board etc., complete fixed with self tapping screw complete all as specified and as directed.

Refixing of Aluminium strip of various size as retrieved from taking down of roof sheet complete with saddles and fixing screws etc. for roof conductors and down conductors above ground

Refixing single pointed air termination Aluminium Rod, 12 mm dia, 300 mm long as retrieved from taking down of roof sheet complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing single pointed air termination Aluminium Rod, 12 mm dia, 300 mm long.

S/F GI Pipe Medium grade 25 mm dia ISI marked duly grouted on the roof for fixing Air terminals including nut, bolts as per IS 2309

S & F Aluminium strip 25 mm X 3.15 mm complete with saddles and fixing screws etc, for roof conductors and down conductors above ground .

M&L for earthing with copper earth plate electrode 600 X 600 X 3 mm thick burried directly in ground vertically to a depth of not less than 2.25 mtr below ground level connected to copper strip of size 20 X 3 mm as earthing lead means of nut, bolts and washers made out of galvanised iron mild steel and 32 mm dia GI pipe "medium grade" for protection of earth lead and connected to test point or as directed including PCC Pit in Cement Concrete 1:3:6 (20 mm Graded Stone Aggregate) and RCC Cover of size 450 X 450 X 50 mm in RCC 1:2:4 (20 mm Graded Stone Aggregate) reinforced with and including 8.0 mm dia TMT Bars@ 100 mm centre to centre both ways, Galvanised Iron Wire Mesh, Funnel, Galvanised Iron Watering Pipe 20 mm Bore (dia) Medium Grade, necessary Excavation in Soft/Loose Soil, returning, filling in and removal of surplus Soil upto a distance of 50.00 mtr and all as shown in Electrical Plate No. 5 of MES Schedule Part - I and Testing on completion, including taking down unserviceable earthing complete all as specified and as directed Engr-in-charge.

S&F Thermoplastic weather proof empty box (IP 65) with plane wall of size 155 mm X 210 mm X 92 mm, fixed on wall with provision of nut, bolts, washer etc. including fixing of test point terminal block inside the box which is made out of gun metal or phosphourous bronze of size 75 X 75 X 25 mm, drilled and screwed including 3 Nos 8 mm dia, 25 mm long hex Head screw, including taking down unserviceable complete.

Note: Schedule of cedit amount of Rs 831937.20 shall be deducted from the total quoted amount of BOQ.
