Service Charges for Carrying out maintenance for DG sets of authorised rep or service engineer from the OEM of DG set of any make of 400KVA at HQGNA, injector & valve tappet setting, checking of vibration damper, checking turbocharger, oil leakage, tightening mounting screws & nuts, replacement of filters & oil, checking inlet & Exhaust manifold cap, screws, checking of fan hub & water pump, removing the existing unserviceable engine oil, clean the oil sump and refilling with required quantity of new oil & coolant top up, charging of battery, filling of distilled water, cleaning of radiator fins by using blower / inside tank with solution (caustic soda with water) to the entire satisfaction of Engr-in-charge, trial & testing etc. Note:- (a) New spares required for repairing will be measured and paid seperately as supply only.

Note :- (1) The Maint spares, engine oil, Coolant will be measured and paid separately under relevent item of this schedule. 2. Any other check as per menufacturer's instructions / Engr In charge directeion shall be carried out by the contractor and the same may be included in the quoted rate.and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply & filling Coolant concentrate Superkool xtra as required in the DG set complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & filling Engine Oil Premium Blue 15 W 40 grade API CI 4 PLUS as required in the DG set oil sump all as directed complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling the defective alternator of any capacity from the existing foundation and from Engine after removing all electrical connections, transporting to approved / authorised / directed workshop, opening and taking out burnt winding, cleaning the stator assy rewinding with super enameled copper wire as per existing gauge as per original manufacturer and applying insulating varnishing of ‘F’ class, baking in oven re-assembling the alternator, transporting back to site re-installing the same position, carrying out alignment of complete DG set connecting up all electrical connections testing and commissioning complete. Note : - (a) Rate quoted shall be deemed to be inclusive of making good the disturbed surfaces. (b) The DG set shall be tested on load as per rated capacity for the satisfaction of Engineer- in- Charge to achieve designed parameters.

S & F in repair door hinges for canopy of any capacity of DG set door including nut, bolt, drilling of hole, welding as per directed.

Dismantling the old and unserviceable DG Set rubber hose pipe up to 2'' dia and replacing the same with of existing size and equal length for any capacity DG Set including both side hose clamp, with nut, bolt and washers as required , etc as directed by the Engineer in Charge .

Ditto all as per item No 42 here in before but of hose size 3" all as directedcomplete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement of battery terminals brass suitable for 95 AH to 180 AH battery complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement of rectifiers diodes for any capacity DG sets of existing make complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling the radiator assy from any capacity DG set carefully for necessary repair , soldering the cooling tube if found weak /leakage , cleaning properly , replacement of nuts , bolts , rubber mounting bushes etc and refixing the same at site including testing on completion.

S & F in replacement connecting and commissioing lead acid battery 12 volts 180 AH complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repiars connecting and commissioing lead acid battery 12 volts 135 AH complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling the unserviceable Dynamo / Alternators 12/24 volts and rewinding with ‘F’ class copper wire of 22 /existing gauge incl dismantling the old coil, cleaning thoroughly and winding with super enamelled copper cord of existing size and gauge, varnishing, drying etc and re fixing with dynamo/alternator properly including testing on completion.

Dismantling the defective Dynamo /Alternators 12/24 volts and necessary repair with replacement of defective spares such as, carbon brushes, carbon spring, bearing, bushes, defective wiring, and soldering after re-fixing at site.

Dismantling the defective self starter assy of 12/24 volts and necessary repair with replacement of defective spares such as, carbon brushes, carbon spring, bearing, bushes, defective wiring and soldering after repair, re-assembling and refixing at site complete as directed including testing on completion.

M&L for providing new AVR unit suitable for anycapacity DG Set size in replacement ie taking down of old AVR unit, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer -in-charge complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing new control panel assy suitable for any capacity DG Set size in replacement ie taking down of old unit, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer -in-charge complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for repair fuel feed pump suitable for any capacity DG Set size in replacement ie taking down of old feed pump, complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling the defective exciter rotor of DG set of any capacity from the existing foundation and engine after removing all electrical connections, transporting to workshop rewinding the burn out coil complete with super enamelled copper wire rewinding, applying insulating varnish of 'F' class baking in oven reassembling the alternator, transporting back to site, re-installing the same carrying out alignment of complete DG Set connecting up all electrical connections, testing & commissioning complete.

Supply and fixing in replacement of digital type volt meter square type 96x96 mm up to 3 Phase AC 50 HZ, 500 volts of and connecting complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing copper cable multi stranded suitable for 12/24 volts, 135/180 AH battery replacing the same with of 50 sqmm single core of length min 2 mtr complete fixing with brass clamp at both ends.

S &F in repair asbestos rope 12 mm dia of superior quality for wrapping with the exhaust pipe of anycapacity DG set complete as directed.

S&F in replacement V belt suitable for anycapacity DG Set as per existing model and size including dismantling the old one complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for painting of DG set Engine, alternater, exhaust and canvopy and removing of old painting before painting and also used spray painting with compresser complete all as specified of 400 KVA DG Set capacity.

All as per item No 61 above but DG Set 160 KVA to 200 KVA DG Set complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling and taking out the defected Electromagnetic speed Governor unit with fuel injector pump assy from any capacity DG set, transport to authorised work shop, cleaning the Fuel injector, Nozzle, calibration in test bench re-assembling into the DG set at site with necessary new gaskets/ nut, bolt and washer and testing complete all as directed. Note : The cost of spares like new injector / nozzle / gasket are deemed to be included in the quoted rates.

Service Charges for Carrying out maintenance for AMF Panel of 400 KVA DG sets of authorised rep or service engineer from the OEM of DG set of Kirloskar/ Cummins to the entire satisfaction of Engr-in-charge, trial & testing etc.

S & F in replacement self starter push button / with Key arrangement for DG starting suitable for any capacity / any make DG sets all as directedcomplete all as specified and directed.

S & F in replacement Relays suitable for any capacity DG Set AMF Pannel of existing make incuding testing to the entire satisfaction of Engr-in-Chargecomplete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement AMF pannel Power contactor MNX 185, 250 Amps,415V, 3 pole, 3 phase incuding testing to the entire satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge.

S&F in replacement AMF pannel Power contactor MCX 32, 160 Amps,415V, 4 pole, 3 phase incuding testing to the entire satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement AMF pannel Power contactor MCX 22, 100 Amps,415V, 4 pole, 3 phase incuding testing to the entire satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge. Make: L&T/Havells/Scheneder

M & L for opening the cylinder head of the engine and oil sump carefully for replacement of head gasket including sump gasket complete refixing the head and sump to arrest oil leakage with engine complete with proper alignment and testing the engine for 1 hrs on load to achive designed parameters of any capacity DGset all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for opening the cylinder head of the engine carefully for replacement of Pistons,Rings,Connecting rods, Sleaves & head gasket including sump gasket complete refixing the head complete with proper alignment and testing the engine for 1 hrs on load to achive designed parameters of any capacity DGset all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (Note : (a) New spares required for repairing will be measured and paid seperately as supply only).

Supply only Piston of 160-200KVA capacity DG Set complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only Rings of 160-200KVA capacity DG Set complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only Connecting Rod of 160-200KVA capacity DG Set complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only Sleaves of 160-200KVA capacity DG Set complete all as specified and directed.

Attending breakdown /inspection of DG Set any type and capacity 40 KVA to 400 KVA by OEM service engineer to check the AMF, Dg set and rectify. Replace any spare parts related breakdown complete as directed at site.
