Repair to 3000 GPH x 220 meter head submersible pump set at pumping station seen Brahmana. The job involves extraction of pump set from the bore well by decoupling and extracting all the pipes one by one manually by using chain pulley. Job also includes making temporary arrangement for pumping water by lowering of standby pump set lying at pumping station. Carriage of damaged pump and motor set to the roadside and loading to the vehicle. Job also includes dismantling of pump set and extraction of damaged parts. Repair to pump by replacement of damaged shaft with new one, key way making. Replacement of impellers 15 nos., diffusers-15 nos. Providing / fitting of new bushes, nick rings. Providing and fitting of new thrust pad, coupling bolts etc. Testing of pump and motor at workshop. Job also includes carriage of pump set from road to pumping station. Job also includes providing, fabrication and fitting of 6 meters GI pipe to the pump so as to increase its depth in bore well casing by providing and fitting of pipes, flanges, nuts and bolts and welding work. providing, laying and fitting of new single core 10mm2 copper cable approximately 100 meters in length in six leads for each pumping unit from panel to motor, with proper thimbling and insulation. Lowering the pump set to bore well by coupling and lowering of all the extracted pipes one by one, making electric connections and testing on load. Complete job includes cost of material, labour charges, to & fro and transportation / carriage charges.
