M&L for removing of existing roof treatment of any type, any thickness and in any number of layers up to RCC roof slab including removal of demolished material exc. 2.5 km but not exc 5 km as per direction of Engr -in-charge

M&L for 50mm average thick PCC padding type B1 in 1:2:4 (20mm graded stone aggregate) in roof slab finishing the surface even and fair using water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed. (Water proofing compound shall be measuredand paid separetly)

M&L for 15mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Roof Treatment as specified below and as directed : (a) Cleaning, washing of surface and removing all existing bitumen coatings/ APP membrane completely with intense wire brushing or high speed water jet. Surface should be free from any loose paint, dust or grease. (b) All cracks upto 3mm at corner joints, channels and parapets should be treated with crack seal and bigger cracks, damaged portions and hollow areas must be repaired with polymer modified cement mortars. (c) Applying one coat of PrimeSeal/ Epoxy Primer/ShaliUrethane BTD White diluted with potable water in the ratio of 1:1 and apply @ 0.40 kg/ sqm (0.20 kg BTD+0.20 Kg water) (d) Laying polyster reinforced fiber net/50 gsm Geotextile mesh, upto 300 mm on walls. (e) Applying three coat of HydroShield PUD microfibre reinforced UV resistent polyurethane (solid content 68% ) / Damp Proof ultra UV Stable fibre reinforced elastomeric liquid waterproofing membrane formulated with PU hybrid polymers (Solid content 55%)/ SmartCare PU Magnum elastomeric waterproofing coating based on hydrophobic polyurethane (solid content 85%)/Single Component Elastomeric Liquid Membrane ShaliUrethane BTD White/coloured (Elongation 400% ± 50, Solid Contents > 80% & Specific Gravity @ 30 OC 1.5 ± 0.03) @ total 2.00 Kg per sqm in two coats for maintaining thickness of 1.5mm, with paint brush/ roller upto 300 mm on walls. (f)) Complete treatment to be carried out by authorised applicator of waterproofing manufacturer. Make : Dr. Fixit / Fosroc / BASF / STP/Asian Note : (i) The treatment shall be carried out as per the manufacturers instructions, and as directed by Engineer in Charge. (ii) The plan area of floor shall be considered for payment (iii) WPC shall be measured and paid seperately.

M&L for Making benching with PCC (1:2:4) type B0 using WPC as per manufacturer's instruction along side wall adjoining to roof in concave shape complete all as specified and directed. Note : WPC shall be measured and paid separately.

M&L for pipe supporting clamping system withprofile bracket slotted clamp with u bolt system for pipes of dia 110mm running verticle faced the wall distance profile bracket with two anchore fastener bolts with sloted C channel of make Shaivi or equivalent.

S & F 110 mm bore, PVC (SWR) fittings type -A such as bends, tee, shoe etc; fixed to PVC pipes, compete all as specified and as directed.

S&F GI tubing,20mm bore, medium grade with all fittings , fixed to wall/ceiling or laid in floors complete all as specified and directed .

M&L for 40 mm dia High density polyethylene pipes (HDPE) of pressure rating 6 kgf/cm2 fixed complete to walls, ceilings or in floors etc.

Demolition of Brickwork or stone/boulder masonry,built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work with fly ash bricks using old size bricks, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6m mean radius, built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed .

M&L for preparation of newly plastered or unplastered surfaces of wall and applying two coat of cement base paint complete all as specified and directed
