Taking down and serviceing of ceiling fan 1200/1400 mm sweep at site and removing of old grease from bearing of ceiling fan and re-filling new grease including replacement of worn out nut bolt, rubber real bush gun metal ball bearing capacitor split and reassembling the fan complete including testing after assembling and connecting to electric system complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. NOTE:- Rates of bearing, capacitor, blades & painting will be paid seperately in the concered item of schedule.

Taking down carefully AC single phase 220/230volt ceiling fan 1200/1400mm sweep single phase complete at site for rewinding and replacement of unserviceable parts i.e Capacitor, PVC connector, MS galvanised check nut, ball bearing, rubber pads, PVC strip clamps including servicing such as removing dust & dirt brushing, rubbing with cotton waste, , washing with detergent powder to fan blades, greasing bearing with ball bearing grease & washer packing, checking of bolts/nuts, washer check nuts split pin rubber packing and rubber seal etc including testing after assembling and connecting to electric system complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note : 1. Rates of winding and replacement of any unserviceable parts mentioned above required to make the fan in serviceable condition are include in the quoted rate. 2. Old winding of the fans will be destroyed/damaged by the department before handing over the fan to contractor for repair. 3. After repair contractor will be fully responsible for checking of copper winding and thereafter the same will be assembed, re-hanging and electric connection complete. 4. Rates of bearing, bush, capacitor, blades & painting will be paid seperately in the concered item of schedule.

Taking down metallic type wall mounting fan of size 400/450mm sweep in situ for spray painting with ISI marked OG/brown/black synthetic enamel paint as directed by Engr-in-charge after preparation of surface and refixing the same in existing location after painting complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.
