Taking down chowkhats or frames (without taking off shutters from the frame) exc 1.5 Sqm and n. exc 4.00 Sqm incl cutting holes and making good reqd shape for hold fast block for new frame complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down off shutters only any description exc 1.0 Sqm but not exceeding 2.00 sqm complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fixing Mild Steel Pressed steel frames made of MS sheet of 1.20 mm thickness for doors with one or more rebates including necessary fixing lugs, hinges, lock strike plate, etc,size 105x60mm including filling of PCC 1:3:6, using 12.50 mm graded aggregate in chowkhats complete all as specified and directed by Engg-in-charge.

Supply & fixing Mild Steel Pressed steel frames made of MS sheet of 1.20 mm thickness for doors with one or more rebates including necessary fixing lugs, hinges, lock strike plate, etc,size 125x60mm including filling of PCC 1:3:6, using 12.50 mm graded aggregate in chowkhats complete all as specified and directed by Engg-in-charge.

Supply & fixing factory made flush shutters 30mm thick, 7 Ply, solid core construction, with block board core and plywood face panels, commercial type on both sides complete all as specified and directed by Engg-in-charge.

S & F factory made 35mm thick glazed and skelton shutters of 2nd class hard wood (hollow) open rebated and prepared to receive glass,gauze etc (without sash bars) edges of framing plain,chamfered or rounded fitted with cut and mitred beads for securing glass etc size of members of shutter as specified in SSR Pt-I section 8 clause 8.24(a) supplied and fitted to chowkhats complete all as specified and directed by Engg-in-charge.

M & L Cutting holes in brick walls built in cement mortar for inserting holdfasts and making good dismantled portion in cement mortar 1:3 or cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 complete all as specified and directed by Engg-in-charge.

Material & labour PCC (1:2:4 ) type B1 using 12.50 mm graded aggregate as infilling in Holdfast Block/similar work complete all as specified and directed by Engg-in-charge.

Demolition of brick work or stone/boulder masonary built in cement mortor including all quoins,arches,pillars etc complete all asspecified and directed.

Material & labour for brick work in cement mortar (1:6) using sub class 'B' bricks staight or curved on plan exc 6.0 m mean raidus complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete un -reinforced of any description and in any position complete all as specified.

Material & labour for PCC with type B-0. 1:2:4 (20mm graded aggregate) 40 mm thick as in flooring and finishing the floor even and smooth without using extra cement..

S & F mild steel Butt hinges 100 mm size, cast brass, with mild steel hinge pin, bright polished and fixed, typeB-11 complete all as specified and directed.

S & F Aluminium alloy, anodised, sliding door bolt 250 mm length with hasp, staple (bolt type) and fixing clips of sheet, cast or extruded sections and fixing bolts and sliding bolts of extruded sections or cast-aluminium alloy and fixed complete all as specified and directed.

S & F Aluminium anodised, barrel tower bolts of 200 mm size of extruded section and fixed complete all as specified and directed.

S & F Steel window box type usning ERW hollow 'P' section comprising double frame for and including gauged and glazed Skelton shutter 30mm thick, jointed internally with flat iron 25x3mm complete including hinges, handle, tower bolts, stops, lugs, etc including 8nmm sqauare gaurd bars all as shown on drawing No TD-191 (R) sheet 1/4 to 4/4 complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply & fixing of 3 mm thick plain glass, ordinary quality and glazing with oil putty in square not exc 0.5 sqm in each pane, fixed in repair complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fixing for 3 mm figured glass sheet ordinary quality and glazing with oil putty in square n exc 0.5 sq. m in Each pane complete all as specified.

Material & labour for Power coated (Minimum thickness of power coating 50 micron) Anodised aluminium frame, shutters for doors, windows, ventilators with one or more rebates including joining cleat for fixing etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material & labour for Aluminium window (Casement & Sliding) and ventilator shutters with 50 micron power coating double shutters made and to be fixed with EPDM gasket to render the glazing, air and water tight etc. and aluminium beeds in inner shutters complete fixed in all respect all as shown on drawing No TD-257 (C) as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing Powder coated aluminium (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron) for shutters of doors, windows & ventilators including providing and fixing hinges/ pivots and making provision for fixing of fittings wherever required including the cost of EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket required (Fittings shall be paid for separately) with extruded built up standard tubular sections/ appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS:1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing/paneling, C.P. brass/ stainless steel screws all complete as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for cement plastering 10mm thick in cemet mortar 1:6 on brick work or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & fixing Door closer hydraulically regulated, designation No. 3, universal type, suitable for door shutters of 851 to 1000 mm in width and of weight between 61 to 80 kg and fixed complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & Labour for welding of steel, aluminium or iron work of thickness Exc 6 mm and n exc. 20 mm in repairs complete fixed in all respect as specified

Supply & fixing 3mm thick sheet glass in repair incl taking out old glass panes complete all as specified.
