Upgradation Improvement of infrastructure at GHSS Paloura.

Providing and Fixing of Pre-Fabricated Structure by way of Steel Structure for Columns M.S. Hollow pipes , trusses and purlins , rafter with base plate , top plates ,truss plate and cleats .The wall shall be made in sandwich pannels using 02 no. of Pre-coated/Pre-colour sheets of 0.50 mm thick fitted with 50 mm thick puff. The panels shall be inserted one by one into U shaped ground track of size 525x 50x0.63 mm thick made of pre-coated/pre-colour sheets .The roof shall be provided 40 mm thick puff insulated panels with TCT sheets both sides 0.45 mm thick.The window shall be made of powder coated 10 gauge aluminium section 4// x 1.75// frame (double rebate) and shutter section 1.25/ x 2.50// window section (wire gauge and glazed shutter) and glass door shall be made of powder coated wings doors in aluminium section 4// x 1.75// frames of double door and 3.25// x 1.75 |/ door section of 5 mm thick float glass panels, 5.0 mm thick ACP sheets. False ceiling with calcium silicate tile over frame work of M.S. Channel and flooring with vitrified tiles ( size 600 x 600 mm) ( premium quality) including skirting, the doors, windows and ventilators as per drawing, including all electric work including 04 no.s of 2.0 ton Air-conditioner and voltage stabilizers,ceiling lights 2'x2', wall fans,sockets,switch boards and all other necessary electric items approved by Engineer-in-Charge complete job. The "Make" of the items shall be as per ISI certification and shall be got approved from the Engineer-in-Charge. (Details of windows and doors and other items as per drawings and necessity at site)

Brick work with common burnt clay (non-modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in foundation and plinth including curing in Cement mortar 1:4 ( 1 cement : 4 coarse sand)

Extra for brick work with common burnt clay bricks/cement concrete bricks in superstructure above plinth level upto floor five level

15mm Cement plaster on the rough side of single or half brick wall of mix: 1 : 4 ( 1 cement : 4 fine sand)

12mm Cement plaster of mix: 1 : 4 ( 1 cement : 4 fine sand)

Finishing wall with premium acrylic smooth exterior paint with silicone additives of required shade on New work (two or more coats applied @ 1.43 liter/10sqm over and including priming coat of water exterior paint applied @ 2.20kg/10sqm).

Providing and laying factory made chamfered edge Cement Concrete paver blocks in footpath, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc, of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over 50mm thick compacted bed of sand, compacting and proper embedding/laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand complete all as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. 80 mm thick C.C. paver block of M-30 grade with approved color design and pattern.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade including curing but excluding the cost of centring and shuttering. All work upto plinth level with: 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for: Foundations, footings, bases of columns etc. for mass concrete.
