Excavation in trenches not exc. 1.5 m wide and not exc 1.5 mtr deep in soft loose soil for laying / taking up/ taking down of cables and getting out and levelling of bottom suface to required level all as specified and directed by Engineer- in- Charge.

Returning filling in,. Including spreading, levelling,. Watering and well ramming soil in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material (ie soil) from site to a distance n. exc 50 mtrs away and depositing where directed at a level n. exc. 1.5 mtr above the starting point all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for river washed and screened, dry sand for filling in trenches below and around underground cables for cushioning of cables etc, complete all as specified.

Supplying and laying un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover, class HV, type 1, flat size 300mmx 180mm x 40mm.

All as per srl item No 5 here-in-before but using old cable cover obtained under srl item No 1 here in before.

S&F sub class B bricks having minimum compressive strength 75Kg/Sqcm laid in trenches for cable protection etc complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying & Laying reinforced precast concrete cable cover, class EHV, type 1 with peak, size 450mm x 230mm x 50mm in trenches for protecting under groung cable as per IS (for 33 KV Cable) complete all as specified and directed.

Note :- Excavation, earth work, cable protection, sand fillings, cable joint shall be measured and paid separately.

Testing the cables with high voltage DC testing machine and locating the fault in the cables by fault locating machine to pin point exact position of fault, disconnecting faulty 33 KV HT cables of different sizes from both ends, removal of Fault, Re-connections and testing of cables after removal of fault complete all as specified and directed. Note: (a) 33 KV HT cable & joints shall be measured and paid for seperately under respective items of schedule. (b) Retrieved old serviceable cable cover will be laid in trenches for cable protection. If extra PCC cover and sand required at site shall be measured and paid separately under respective items of BOQs. (c) Excavation and earth work will be measured and paid for seperately under respective items of schedule.

Taking out faulty underground 1100 Volt LT cable of different sizes by excavation and removing bricks/concrete cable covers of any size and relaying in the same trenches or re routing after rectification of fault or replacing faulty portion of cable with new cable and removing of surplus soil and using new bricks/concrete cable covers as required. Note: (a) 1100 Volt LT cable & joints shall be measured and paid for seperately under respective items of schedule. (b) Retrieved old serviceable bricks/concrete cable covers will be laid in trenches for cable protection. If extra bricks/PCC cable cover and sand required at site shall be measured and paid separately under respective items of BOQs. (c) Excavation and earth work will be measured and paid for seperately under respective items of schedule.

Earthing complete in replacement with galvanized steel earth plate electrode of size 60cmx60cmx6 mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 m below normal ground level) with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5m below normal ground level, connected to GI strip 32mm X6mm by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel as shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR Part I(2009), connected to earth test point and the equipment on the other nuts and washers of galvanised ironside complete all as specified, including testing and commissioning complete all as directed. S&F cable route indicator made of RCC (Nominal Mix) type B0 1:2:4 (12.5mm graded stone aggregate) with 8mm TMT Bar@ c/c of size 1m height X 60cm wide X 10cm thick tapered on top, visible above ground, duly painted with synthetic enemel paint of yellow colour base and letters with black paint. The description for writing for HT cable 33 /11KV as directed by Engr-in-charge complete all as specified and directed. Note : Rate for PCC 1:3:6 for foundation (min size 0.8mx0.3mx0.3m) of aggregate size 20mm for cable route indicator deemed to be included in the item.

Supply, installing, testing and commissioning of factory made and tested HT Panel board, size: 1200 mm x 1200 mm x 900 mm ,cubical compartmentalized , out door type double door, suitable for 11000 Volts, 3 phase, 50 HZ AC supply system having bus bar chamber with insulated aluminium bus bars of size ,50 mm x 10 mm, 3 Nos installed on SMC insulators suitable for 11000 Volts .The panel shall be dust and vermin proof. IP-65 class protection and shall be made of 3.15 mm CRCA MS sheet, and 50x 50 x 6mm thick MS angle iron frame work, powder coated front and rear opening type, with apron for cable entry closing locking . The fixing of double doors shall be on MS hinges with anti-theft provision (the door can’t be removed from enclosure without cutting enclosure). including excavation, earth work and platform for the panel with PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 with 40 mm graded crushed stone, 15 cm thick in foundation, brick work in CM 1:6 with sub class 'B', old size bricks, rendering 15 mm thick in CM 1:6 on exposed surfaces and 100 mm thick PCC padding 1:3:6, type C-1 using 20 mm graded crushed sotne aggregate on top and grouting bolts etc for panel. The platform shall be such that it is of a height 45 cm above the nearest road level complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Note : contractor should procure and provide 50 % of the material as listed above within 15 days of the placing of work order and shall be verified by the Eng-in-charge
