Reinforced cement concrete work in walls (any thickness), including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses, fillets, columns, pillars, piers, abutments, posts and struts etc. above plinth level up to floor five level, excluding cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement : 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand(zone-III)derived from natural sources : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources) Above Plinth Lvl as SI No-5.2.2

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work ready to use "cut and bend" rebars of approved make from factory/workshop to construction site including placing in position and binding all complete in Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more. As per SI. No.- 5.22 B.1

Brick work with common burnt clay bricks of M-150 Class in super structure above plinth level upto floor V level in all shapes and sizes in cement mortar 1:6 ( 1 cement : 6 coarse sand ) as per SI no 6.4.2

Steel work in built up tubler (round, square or rectangular hollow etc) trusses etc i/n cutting hoisting fixing in position and applying a priming coat of app. Steel primer , i/n welding and bolted with sp. Shaped washer etc complete.

Plastering with cement mortar (1:4) cement and c/sand , 12 mm thick on brickwork in substructure as per DSR NO. 13.4.1

Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm of approved brand and manufacturer,over the plasterd wall surface even and smooth surface as per Sl no. -13.80

Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade: New work (Two or more coats applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/10 sqm) as per Sl no. -13.46.1

Centering and shuttering including stutting, propping etc. and removal of form. (iii) Foundation as per SI- 5.9.1

Centering and shuttering including stutting, propping etc. and removal of form. (ii) Column as per SI- 5.9.6

Centering and shuttering including stutting, propping etc. and removal of form. (i) Beam /Band as per SI- 5.9.5

Construction of embankment with approved material obtained from borrow pits with a lift upto 1.5 m, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of Tables 300.1 and 300.2 with a lead upto 3.00km as per Technical Specification Clause 301.5

Brick on egde pavement with straight over brunt brick on parties with bricks , laid dry joints filled with fine sand i/n preparation of base to proper slope and its ramming , spreading layer of 1cm depth of local sand over the subgrade and i/n supply of all material labour T&P etc as per S.I. no. 5.03

Supply & Fixing of Informatory Sign board at site including letter, writing, painting etc all comp at site.
