Model of Cut Section six cylinder four stroke diesel engine (TATA 6x6 Vehicle, Cummins ISLE CRDI BS III, 6 Cylinder Engine) (Working) (i) The model should be made of full size original Six cylinder, four strokes used diesel engine with maximum parts and accessories like five cylinders, cylinder head, inlet and exhaust manifolds, fuel pump, oil pump, Water pump, fuel filter, high pressure pump, common rail. Electronic injectors, self starter, alternator, etc are sectioned to show the internal constructional details of the engine. A.F.H.P, 220/230V A.C Motor is coupled through a reduction drive unit to the engine by which the model can be demonstrated at very low speed of about 15 to 20 rpm. (ii) By running the engine the working of individual parts and accessories like crankshaft, camshaft, connecting rod, pistons, valves, different pumps, etc can be demonstrated. (iii) This model is provided up to flywheel and complete engine is mounted on a sturdy iron frame.
