Ordinary jungle clearance i/c labour T&P required for proper complition of work.

Dismantling of R.C.C. work with its proper stacking including all cost of labour, T&P etc. as per direction of Engineer incharge.

Dismantling of Brick work with its proper stacking including all cost of labour, T&P etc. as per direction of Engineer incharge.

Laying Dismanteled Materials in preparing base of foundation i/c all Labour T&P etc complete as per direction of Engineer incharge.

Dismentling of Existing Cement plaster i/c disposal of Refuse material As directed by Engineer incharge.

Earth work in foundation in dry ordinary soil (loam clay or sand) including lift up to 1.5 meter and lead up to 30 meter and including back filling, watering and ramming of excavated earth into the trenches or into the space between the structure and the sides of foundation trenches or into the plinth with removal and disposal or surplus earth as directed by the Engineer-in-charge up to a distance of 30M from the foundation trenches.

Brick (M-150) work in 1:4 cement and coarse sand mortar (F.M not less than 2) with cost of material including T&P, labour, etc. as per directed by Engineer in charge.

12 mm thick plaster with cement and fine sand of 1.25 Fineness modules in 1:4 over brick work minimum thickness not to be less than 1 cm including supply of all materials, labour, tools & plants etc. required for proper completion of the work.

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand & manufacture of required colour to give an even shades i/c all cost of material T&P etc.

Finishing of walls with water proofing cement paint of approved make such as super snowcem,Durrocem,RobiacemGuttucem,supreme quality of required shade on uncoated wall surface (one coat) over one coat white cement primer to give even shades after throughly brushing the surface to remove all dirt and remains of loose powdered materials including curing and cost of all materials.
