Out sourcing of services for maintenance and operation water supply system including installation in GTRE/GTX area to fill up water in tanks/sumps regulating the valves upto 150mm dia for water supply distribution except on Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays for one shift of 8 (eight) hours all as specified and directed including chlorinating the water:- (a) Water supply pumping distribution system consisting of the following :- (i) Centrifugal pumps, Valves, Open well submersible pump set and Bleaching powder dozer/chloronome plant (b) Minimum operating staff to be employed against :- (i) MPA - 2 Nos (ii) Valve Man - 2 Nos (c) Shifts timings : From 0600 hrs to 1400 hrs Note : (i) The operator/valve man to operate the water supply circulation systam at CARCASSA test rig centrifugal pumpsets, valves etc as per the requirement of user. (ii) Including attending water supply complaints in GTRE & CDA Area . (iii) Repacement of unserviceable item will be measured/paid under relevant items. (iv) Rate quoted by the contractor includes the topping up of POL to DG Set of 10 No building , PMO building, CDA R&D from E/M store when ever required,

(iii) Repacement of unserviceable item will be measured/paid under relevant items.

Notes for item No 1 & 2 (i) The rate quoted shall be deemed to include for maintaining of required PPM of residual chlorine for drinking water at GTX / GTRE building and area, by operating chlorination plant/ bleaching dozer/using granual for chlorination. (ii) Replacement of spares such as glands, glands couplings, water seal, greasing/oiling etc of pump set. (iii) Any leakage in the pumps, main and distribution line shall be immediately attended. (iv) Cleaning of surrounding for good up keep of pump house is also responsibility of contractor. (v) However, rewinding of motor and other major repairs are out side the scope of the contract. In case of difference of opinion as to which work is termed as major repairs, the decision of GE will be final and binding and no claim what so ever on this account shall be admissible.

Operation and maintenance of the following Centrifugal pump set instaled in Fire Pump house at New Assembly Hanger, MLCP,and near by fire pump house installation as per shift including routine maintenance in order to keep the pump sets functional and deliver desired condition including checking/arresting of any leakage, replacement of gland of 'O' ring gaskets, nuts, bolts, washers and routine checks like electrical connections/controls checking, cleaning of plants, greasing to the motor, replacement of gland packing of motor/pump complete all as specified and as directed (I) Plants/machineries installed in Fire pump house at New Assembly Hanger :- (a) Centrifugal pump set mono block 2 x 75 HP 3 phase - 02 Nos (b) Centrifugal pump set mono block 2 x 05 HP 3 phase - 02 Nos (c) Jockey pump 15 HP 3 phase - 01 No (d) Terrace pump 10.5 HP 3 phase - 01 No (e) Booster pump 12.5 HP 3 phase - 01 No (II) Plants/machineries installed in Fire pump house at MLCP :- (a) Centrifugal pump set mono block 2 x 100 HP 3 phase - 02 Nos (b) Centrifugal pump set mono block 2 x 05 HP 3 phase - 02 Nos (c) Jockey pump 15 HP 3 phase - 01 No (d) Terrace pump 10.5 HP 3 phase - 01 No (e) Booster pump 12.5 HP 3 phase - 01 No (III) Plants/machineries installed near by fire pump house :- (a) Centrifugal pump set mono block 2 x 100 HP 3 phase - 02 Nos (b) Jockey pump 30 HP 3 phase - 01 No Notes :1. 01 No qualified/skilled & experienced pump operator will be employed in one shift for smooth operation of plant. 2. The unit rate quoted shall be for a month (working days in a week shall be from monday to friday) 3. Shift each day (0600 hours to 1400 hours with half an hour lunch break & 1400 hours to 2200 hours (b) Minimum operating staff to be employed against :- (i) MPA - 2 Nos 4. The contractos will be responsible for keep the palnt room and surrounding area neat & clean regularly for inspection. 5. If the operator will be absent from duty, recovery shall be effected at double the rate per shift as quoted. 6. Proper duty rosters/attendence registers will be maintained and signed by Engr-in-Charge/Contractor. 7. The replacement of defective parts carried out through maintenance contract.

All as per item No 1 described herein before but with the following pumps / valves only on Holidays,saturday & sunday for one shift of 8 (eight) hours. (a) Water supply pumping distribution system consisting of the following :- As refered item No 1 above. (b) Minimum operating staff to be employed against :- (i) MPA - 1 No (c) Shifts timings :- 0800 hrs to 1630 hrs with half an hour break. Notes for item No 1 (i) Replacement of spares such as glands, glands couplings, water seal, greasing/oiling etc of pump set. (iii) Any leakage in the pumps, main and distribution line shall be immediately attended. (iv) Cleaning of surrounding for good up keep of pump house is also responsibility of contractor. (v) However, rewinding of motor and other major repairs are out side the scope of the contract. In case of any doubt as to which work is termed as major repairs, the decision of GE will be final and binding and no claim what so ever on this account shall be entertained.

Material & Labour for removing the sludge deposit from sewage well/sump of 6.0 mtr dia and 7.0 mtr depth by using sucking through suitable tank & pump mounted on vehicle of private/State government on hiring basis and taking out sludge and transporting to suitable location all as directed by Engr-in-Charge

Cutting the existing hard standing/metal road to facilitate for laying of GI pipe line/LT cables and making good the disturbed portion to bring it to original condition with PCC 1:4:8 type D2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in trenches not exceding 1.5m wide and not exceding 1.0 sq m on plan and not exceding 1.5m depth and getting cut in hard dense soil all as specified and as directed.

Returing filling in including spreding leveling watering and well ramming in layer not exceding 25 cm as in soil all as specified and dirceted.

Removing excavated material to a distance not exceding 50 m and depostingwhere directed at a level not exceding 1.5 mtr above the starting point.

Taking out GI tubing including connection from floor wall/trenches for replacement/refixing after cleaning complete all as specified and as directed for the following sizes complete all as specified and as directed :-

All as per ser item No 43 above but 2 lakhs litres capacity near high mass high flow at GTRE.

Dewatering the existing Aero Engine Gate UG sumps of 2 lakhs litrs capacity and cleaning the internal wall and bottom surface of tank to remove silt / scales mud and other foreign materials using water and scrubbing with coir / jute / wire brush and washing the surfaces with fresh water cleaning the surfaces with mixture of bleaching powder and water and finally washing with fresh water and treating with one coat of white wash to internal walls bottom surfaces and ceiling of sump complete including writing CLANED ON DATE and DUE ON DATE with white paint on black paint back ground on external surface of the sump at convenient height (letter size - 5 cm) all as specified and as directed.

All as per ser item No 45 above, but 3 lakhs litres capacity at Nursury pump house at GTRE.

Dewatering the existing RCC UG sumps of 10000 litrs capacity and cleaning the internal wall and bottom surface of tank to remove silt/scales mud and other foreign materials using water and scrubbing with coir/jute/wire brush and washing the surfaces with fresh water claning the surfaces with mixture of bleaching powder and water and finally washing with fresh water and treating with one coat of cement paint to internal walls bottom surfaces and ceiling of sump complete including writing on out side of the sump CLANED ON DATE and DUE ON DATE with white paint on black paint back ground on external surface of the sump at convenient height all as specified and as directed for the following locations in GTRE (a) Near foundry (b) Near Bldg No 10
