Maintenance of grounds, Trees, Shrubs, hedges etc.i.e. watering of plantation & lawns, weeding out the areas and sweeping, trimming the hedges, shrubberies, top dressing of manure & soil, hoeing the soil around plantation and making it smooth, removing of stones,debris etc. & keeping the area in clean condition as per directions of Engineer/Officer-in-charge & as per specifications including disposal of all cut grass leaves, trimmed branches etc. to be disposed by truck or hand cart within Colony area at locations specified by the department .Actual area of garden maintained will be measured in Sq.M. pucca drain, manhole chambers & any other structure within garden area will not be considered for measurement.

Providing and spreading of well decomposed, dry farm yard manure free from soil & undecomposed grass etc. at site as directed by the Engineer/Officer-in-charge and as per specifications. (Measurements will be as per truck body dimensions without any deduction of voids.)

Providing and spreading of red garden soil free from stones,pebbles etc.at site as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge & as per specifications.(Quantity will be taken as per truck body measurement filled with red garden soil without deduction of any voids. )

Providing and broad casting/ spraying of Fertilizers

Maintaining of the pots by regular watering, replacing casualties , roatating the displays, plant protection, and other horticultural practices , all complete as per directions of Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing and plantation of shrubs/plants/seasonals in healthy condition & as per specifications(colour, height etc.), at the specified locations, including cost of labour, transportation, loading and unloading etc, as per list attached,all complete as per directions of Engineer-In-Charge.
