Earthing of substation --Excavation of earth pit of dia 650 mm & depth 3000 mm, installation of Earthing pipe of 40 mm Nominal bore & 4mm wall thickness & length 2.5 mtr long as Per IS 1239.GI Strip for neutral earthing of size 25 mm x 3 mm for connection of transformer body,G.O Set & lightening arrestor as per IS 2629/85, GI nuts & bolts,refilled with earth enhancement materials and earth Chamber made of brick masonary with RCC slab cover as per REC Standard and approved drawings.

SITC of 11kV Polymeric composite Disc Insulator 12kV,min failing load 45kN, Lighting Impulse 75kV Positive and 80kV Negative, creepage distance 320mm including loading, unloading,insurance carriage and delivery at Site as per approved drawing and REC. standard

SITC of 70 mm² AB (LT) Cable ( 3 x 70 + 1 x 16 + 1 x 50 insulated) mm² XLPE (1.1kV, 3+1 C, Al) including loading, unloading,insurance carriage and delivery at Site as per approved drawing and REC. standard

SITC of Suspension/Tension Clamp with eye hook including loading, unloading,insurance carriage and delivery at Site as per approved drawing and REC. standard

Supplying and erection of GI channel (100x50x6 mm) ,(75x40x6 mm) , GI Angle( 50x50x6 mm) angle support including clamps for Sub-Station Frame / GI Channel “V’ cross-arm (75 x 40x6mm) with GI Angle Pole Top Bracket (50x50x6 mm) including back clamps of 50X8 mm for fixing V-Cross arm and pole top bracket as per REC approved Drawings.

Providing and Fixing of Galvanized Nuts and Bolts

Supply and erection of Danger Plate with clamps (writing in English and Regional Language ) as per approved drawing and REC. standard

Supply and fixing of anti-climbing Device with Clamps as per approved drawing and REC. standard

Providing and Fixing of LT Shackle with Muki Clamps (50*6mm) complete as per REC Standard and approved drawings

Painting of each Pole 1 coat red oxide paint and 2 coats of aluminium paint (@ 1 ltr/pole red oxide paint and 1 ltr/pole aluminium paint)

Geo Tagged Photographs of high resolution (Pre and Post Photographs) Both hard and soft copy (for e-compendium) 4 Photographs Per site

Supply,Fixing of Spike Earthing Rod 20mm 2,5 Mtr long with GI strip (25x3)mm as per approved drawing and REC. standard
