Earth work excavation for plinth and foundation in ordinary soil within 50mtrs initial lead and 1.5 mtrs initial lift including rough dressing and breaking clods to maximum 5cm to 7cm laying in layers not exceeding 0.30 mtrs in depth as per direction of Engineer-in-charge

Supply and filling in foundation and plinth with sand watered and rammed including the cost, conveyance, royalty, all other taxes and labour charges etc complete

Cement concrete (1:3:6) with 4cm size hard granite metal including the cost, conveyance, royalty, all other taxes and labour charges etc complete

First class fly ash brick masonry in cement mortar (1:4) using fly ash brick having crushing strength not less than 75Kg/Cm2 with dimensional tolerance of +/-8% after immersing the bricks in water for six hours before using foundation and plinth including hoisting, placing in position, watering, curing to required time etc including cost, conveyance, royalties and taxes of all materials and cost of all labour with T&P required for the work etc complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge

20mm thick cement plaster (1:4) in finished smooth to inside / outside rough surface of walls after racking out the joints including watering to required time, cost

Cement concrete (1:2:4) with 12mm size hard granite chips including the cost, conveyance, royalty, all other taxes and labour charges etc complete

Iron work wrought and put up in trusses and record racks

Hoisting joists and trusses and placing in position (Labour only)

Priming one coat with any approved primer on iron work after cleaning the surface, sand papering etc including cost, conveyance, royalties, taxes of all materials, cost of all labour with T&P require for the work complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge

Painting two coats any approved shade of paint on new iron work after cleaning the surface, sand papering etc including cost, conveyance, royalties, taxes of all materials, cost of all labour with T&P required for the work complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge

Providing and fixing GCI sheet 0.5mm in roof drilling hole in wind ties including fixing of ridges, valleys, wind ties etc including cost of fittings

Priming one coat with any approved primer (water based) on plastered surface after cleaning the surface, and papering etc including cost, conveyance, royalties, taxes of all materials, cost of all labour with T&P required for the work complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge

Wall painting two coats with weather seal coat paint of any approved shade over the exterior surface of walls including cost, conveyance, royalties, taxes of all materials, cost of labour with T&P required for the work complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge

Fixing chequered tiles in floors, treads or steps and landing on 25mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:1 (1cement : 1sand) jointed with neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to mach the shades of the tiles including rubbing and polishing complete, including cost of materials, conveyance, royalty, taxes and cost of labour with T&P required etc complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge
