Drilling of Borewell anywhere in Tamilnadu including transportation from one place to other place within Tamilnadu in alluvial soil or sedimentary strata of clay and sand stone, shale, pebbles, boulders etc., by first taking a pilot bore of 140mm/150mm dia and then enlarging to required dia by direct or reverse rotary mud circulation method using contractor’s rig, fuel, labour, drilling, betonite mud and water required for drilling at the site shown by the officers including construction of mud pit

Supply of PVC casing pipes as per IS 12818 / 2010 and as amended from time to time with ISI marking of following diameter in 3m length with screwed and socket end. Complete and as directed by departmental officers.

Supply of PVC casing pipes(Ribbed Screen pipes) as per IS 12818 / 2010 and as amended from time to time with ISI marking of following diameter in 3m length with screwed and socket end. Complete and as directed by departmental officers.

Labour charges for inserting 150mm dia (PVC Casing pipes assembly with slots or without slots) in the drilled hole including jointing the pipes etc.,complete and supplying and packing the annular space with pebbles of size and quality as approved by the departmental officers.

Charges for developing the Borewell with air compressor of 600 CFM capacity (Minimum 8 Hours) including transportation, labour and fuel charges for compressor as directed by the Departmental officers and conducting yield test by ‘V; notch method.

Fabricating and Supplying the encasing cover of 200mm dia with 3mm thick M.S. Pipe to protect PVC casing pipe for a depth of 1.50 m of which 0.75 m goes below the G.L. and 0.75 m stands above G.L. including the Red oxide paint.

Supply of 160mm dia end cap for bore hole

Earth work excavation for foundation and depositing on bank with initial lead of 10 m & initial lift of 2m in Sand, silt or other loose soil wet sand or silt not under water, light black cotton soil sandy loam and ordinary soil including excavated earth S.S. 20B to a required depth as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying erection and CENTERING for sides and soffits of plain surfaces such as slab etc., using M.S. Sheets of size 90cm x 60cm BG 10 gauge stiffended etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Cement Concrete 1:3:6 (One Cement,three crushed stone Sand, and six hard broken granite jelly) using 20mm hard broken granite jelly to the work including curing and finishing etc., complete complying with the standard specifications.

Plastering with Cement mortar 1:3, 12 mm thick complete complying with standard specifications

White washing two coats with freshly burnt white shell lime in all floors including cost of lime, blue powder fevicol type gum, brushes, scaffolding charges, etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Fabricating and supplying of Protection Box for observation bore well using 5 mm thick M.S. Steel Plates to the dimension of 650 mm x 400 mm. Height of box at rear side is 530 mm and 450 mm at front side. Top cover with projection to be provided with necessary hinges and pad lock arrangement to open and lock the box. Necessary arrangements to be provided at the bottom of the box to embed the box with concrete platform.The cost includes all materials, labour for welding, one coat red oxide primer, painting with two coats of approved enamel paint, Bolt, Nut, Dindigul/Godrej Lock and Key, writing the bore well details on the protection cover and transporting to the following bore well site as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying fabricating and fixing Name board of size 1.20m x 0.90m and using 18 gauge M.S plate of 6mm thick and using M.S angle section of 65x65x6mm for vertical post and 50x50x6mm size alround and 30x30x3mm for diagonal and painting two coats using first quality synthetic enamal paint etc., complete and lettering the name board with best approved quality paint and colour including labour for lettering.

Barricading work around the entire work site for laying of monitoring piezometer using casurina poles at 1.50m center to center (8cm to 10cm dia and 1.80m height) vertical with horizontal poles in three rows including painting the vertical poles in the road facing sides with ready mix paint, tying the vertical and horizontal poles with coir rope including fixing charges and fixing 75mm dia reflectors including earth work excavation for fixing vertical posts and finally removing and stacking the materials safely for further use etc., complete and as directed by the departmental officers.

Charges for the services of Geophysical resistivity survey at Piezometer site and mazdoor employed for Geophysical investigation works and transportation charges.
