No tear or breakage due to Trolley movement & Foot Traffic, Resistant to Acids, Alkalis, Solvent and transformer Oil, Pasteable type can be easily pasted on Floor, Water and Moisture Proof, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F including taking down Painting to Steel Tubular Pole LT upto 9 Mtr height, LT Panels, Feeder Pillar Boxes, Bus Bar Boxes, Iron Surfaces etc by scrapping Old Paint and applying Two Coats of Synthetic Enamel Paint to match the existing Colour and Black/ Yellow Straps including Writing Pole/Bus Bar/ LT Panel/ SM No. with White Paint on Black Base of Pole, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Disconnecting Electric Connections with care from Voltage Stabilizer, opening & dismantling Servo Voltage Stabilizer 06 KVA to 40 KVA Capacity of any Make/ Model having Input Voltage 180 to 280, and Output 230 ± 2.5% Volt and inspecting at Site in presence of Engineer-in-Charge, transporting to Contractor’s Workshop or at existing Site for repairing and replacement of unserviceable Parts, cleaning all dust and rust from Inside/Outside and replacement and fixing of Bedding, re-installation after repairing, testing & commissioning on Full Load, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. NOTE Contractor will inspect the stabiliser with skilled elctrician and repair/change to new for all the parts if damage or unserviceable including transformer Oil (a) Transformer oil: The rates shall include cost of ISI Marked transformer oil (b) Bypass switch/rotatary switch /terminal blocks will include cost of quoted rate by contractor (c) The job also includes providing of thimbles, insulation material, nuts, bolts, washers and Transporatation from installed location to Workshop and back. (d) Painting: Painting shall be done on voltage stabilizer in steel grey or light blue shade or of reputed make Note : Engineer-in-Charge and contractor will be inspected panel before repair and prepare list of repair/replacement parts duly signed by the both parties is kept in record. Complete job includes cost of material, skilled/semi-skilled labour charges including loading, unloading, shifting/transportation charges, hire charges of crane and other tools and tackles inclusive of all taxes as applicable

M&L for replacement of Digital Servo Controller Card complete with IC’s Regulator, Transistor, Condenser, etc. suitable for Servo Voltage Stabilizer 06 KVA to 400 KVA, 3 Phase, 415 Volt, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L Load Testing of flameproof/non flame proof EOT Crane upto 6 Ton ,Load capacity to prove the satisfactory Operation of Electrical Controls, Motors, Gear Boxes, Protective Devices, system Interlocks and Mechanical components like Wire Rope, Weld Sections check/welding to existing Channel of the Crane in all Motions (LT CT Hoist in Hing Speed and Creep Speed) during Full Load and testing of Crane in Over Load at 100 + 25% in presence of Representative of AF Sirsa including all Consumables Items, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.NOTE :- (i) (a) Load Blocks in denomination of total tonnge of crane + 25% will required quantity shall be provided by the Contractor at his own Arrangement and Cost including shifting of these Blocks near to the Crane Load required for lower denomin-ation for which Contractor has no Extra Claim. Cost of Transportation and Handling Charges are also deemed to be included in the Quoted Unit Rate.b) Load Tests are to be carried out by the Contractor minimum ½ to 1.0 Hour duration though an Expert/Trained Technician in the relevent Field in presence of Departement Representative and will record the Test.(c) Contractor will be responsible for Servicing of Crane before Load Testing. Cost of all Consumeable Items will be deem to include in the Quoted Unit Rate including Brake Oil, Gear Oil and Grease etc. (d) Deflection Test of EOT Crane should be done by any expert agency or experienced technician. and permissible test result should be submitted by the the contractor of each crane. e)Contractor will submit all the possible test certificate duly signed by user/AF athorities , provided by EOT crane expert /firm/company to the department after each Crane testing.(i) Existing Make of EOT Cranes are Rockwell/ Tib Udhyog or as per site avialable. (iii) Contractor will change/top up Gear oil of cranes and hydraulic oil for thruster during the repair of Cranes (iv) Contractor will do hot dip galvanization process to avoid metal to metal contact of some important parts like wheels, hook, rope drums etc. (v) Cost of all type tests/Gear oil/hydarulic oil/galvanization process, will be trated as EACH JOB only. and cost will be included in quated rates by contractor

M&L for replacement of Contactor 3 Pole suitable for 5 to 24 Volt, DC 40 Amp, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for replacement of Heavy duty Limit Switch with 2NO + 2NC, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for replacement of Normally Closed/ Normally Open Switch, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for replacement of Thermal Over Load Relay of setting range 32 Amp, 415 Volt, 50 Hz, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for replacement of Transformer 3 Phase 50 VA (as approved as per existing one) having conversion capacity of 3 Phase 380 Volt, 400 Volt & 415 Volt to 110 Volt, 30 Volt, 24 Volt & 12 Volt, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for replacement of Wire Rope maximum 15mm dia, multi-stranded of existing Shape and Size, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Realignment of Crane Rail Track including removing of Rail and replacing the damaged and perished Rubber Padding wherever and replacing the worn out Bolts, Nuts and Washers including welding new Mild Steel Clamps wherever necessary and checking of Bends straightening and refixing the Rails including Provision of necessary Packing Shoes and ensure Proper Alignment including necessary Welding Works at Corners, etc., complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for repair and replacement of Locking Arrangement, Door Handle, Hinges, CRCA Sheet, Beddings, Insulators, Bus Bars & Legs etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Repair of Automation System on existing Multi Function Meter with Wifi/ GPRS Operating Cost having Internet based Monitoring and Control System, Monitoring of Light Management System, Secured Authorised Access, Multi-user Operation and Monitoring, remote monitoring through Mobile, remotely Configurable Timer, Remote monitoring of Current consumption (Amp), Remote monitoring of Voltage (Volt), Remote monitoring of Power consumption, Remote monitoring of Auto/ Manual mode, Auto Report generation, exporting of Report to Excel, Remote monitoring and Operations through PC including Taking down/out Unserviceable Metering Arrangements, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Cleaning of the Sub-station with cutting the Bushes, Grasses, Cleaning of Area etc. of Area upto 50 SQM with cleaning of Transformer with Platform, LT Panels with Floor/ Platform, RMU/VCB with Platform, etc. and removing cleaned material from the Sites complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Replacement of Dynamic Breaking Register of capacity 250 to 750 Watt, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Replacement of Plastic Crane Cable Carrier, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Replacement of Shoe Lining of Brakes with bolts, complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking out of LT Air Circuit breaker of capacity 400 to 1000 Amps KV from the LT Panel and opening top cover, de-carbonizing moving and fixed contacts, lubricating, inspecting the tripping relay, tripping coil and checking for tripping system, meggaring all the contacts and fixing back the Air Circuit Breaker to LT Panel and testing complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply of LED indication lights of various colours to replacedefective/burnt out lights make -standard/FTC Note. NOTE FOR ITEM NO:- 01 TO 70 Make/Shape/ Size required for repair and replacement should be as per existing items as catered in this BOQ.
