Providing/ fixing of safety railing at the effluent channel of EPH Okhla STP. Made out of 40 mm dia MS pipe & 80 x 80 x 10 mm size MS angle by carrying out the following works: - Dismantling of the existing damaged safety railings vertical & Horizontal post with the help of gas cutter and man power hammer etc.

Providing the vertical M.S post in a length of one meter, made out from M.S Angle of sizes 80 x 80 x 10 mm duly welded with M.S. plate of sizes 100 x 100 x 10 mm in one side i/c making hole for fixing the fasteners.

Providing of M.S. pipe heavy duty ‘C’ class 40 mm dia. Make:- Jindal/ TATA

Providing of 8 mm thick MS chequred sheet 1.30 x 2.30 mtr in size on the channel.

Providing heavy MS channel of size 100 mm x 50 mm to support the MS chequred sheet.

Providing the temporary wooden platform for safe working and shifting the same as per requirements.

Fixing/ fitting of vertical post by grouting of Nut bolt in the RCC floor and welding with the exiting reinforced i/c all civil works. The work includes chipping the floor with the help of Hammer drill/ chisel/ Man power.

Cutting of hole in the vertical post with the help of gas cutter/ grinding machine suitable for passing through the above horizontal MS pipe of railing.

Fixing of 300 mtrs. Horizontal pipe of railing in the vertical post with proper levelling & thermal welding of the same.

Providing the metal primer red oxide (in 20 Ltrs. packing)

Providing the synthetic enamel paint Yellow (in 20 Ltrs. packing)

Providing of thinner (General propose) for diluting the paint (in 20 Ltrs. Packing)

Painting the complete safety railing with one coat of epoxy primer and two coat of enamel paint.
