Construction of Nakti Check Dam in Khaprakhol Block of Balangir District under the scheme MATY 3.0 for the year 2025-26

Excavation, loading , unloading and carriage by mechanical means of all kind of soil including moorum. stoney earth, gravel etc. interspread with boulders up to 1/2 cum in size with all lifts and delifts including trimming of slopes and bed to design section and depositing the excavated materials away from work site as per the specification and as directed by EIC within an initial lead of 1 km. from the place of excavation complete.

Filling in foundation and plinth with excavated materials including watering and ramming as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Cement concrete M15 grade with crushed granite coarse aggregate of 20 mm down graded mixed in concrete mixture including cost of all materials ,machineries and labouer with all lead for materials upto the mixing yard and transportation of mixed concrete within initial lead of 50m and laying in dams, barrages,power house and pen stock with all lift/delift upto 1.50m height above average ground level etc. complete in all respect to proper slope & level with all cost, conveyance, royalty & other taes of all materials complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Cement concrete M20 grade with crushed granite coarse aggregate of 20 mm down graded mixed in concrete mixture including cost of all materials ,machineries and labouer with all lead for materials upto the mixing yard and transportation of mixed concrete within initial lead of 50m and laying in dams, barrages,power house and pen stock with all lift/delift upto 1.50m height above average ground level etc. complete in all respect to proper slope & level with all cost, conveyance, royalty & other taes of all materials complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Straightening, cutting, bending, binding and lying the grills as per approved design & placing in position including cost, conveyance of M.S. Rod & binding wire 18 to 20 gauge complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. (Weight of binding wire is not included for payment)

Rigid smooth centering and shuttering for R.C.C works in foundation of all heights with wooden & steel shuttering plates including supply of ties supports rigidly fixed and removal including making good to the damaged surface where necessary with all scaffolding gangway etc. with cost, conveyance and other taxes of all materials including all labour and T&P materials required for the item complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Rough stone dry packing in aprons and revetments to all heights with H.Stone of size 15cm - 30cm including cost, conveyance, royalty to proper slope and level complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.(Minimum 1/6 volume will be deducted towards voids)

Supplying, Manufacturing & Fixing Embeded parts in concrete including anchoring and placing in specifiednpositions including supply of all materials, Labour, T&P etc for manufacturing embedded parts as per design and fixing in position in proper alignment by welding rigidly to reinforcement as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing Blockouts in concrete for fixing embedded parts in gate grooves and other embedments for dams and barrages etc. with wooden planks with costof all materials labour charges, T & P etc complete including fixing anchor rods complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.
