Demolition of un-reinforced cement concrete of any description and in any position not specifcally provided for complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for repair to Pot holes any depth n.exc 1 sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud or water scoring sunken surfaces in roads path etc. Cutting around edges to at least 25 mm in depth making good by filling in screened & graded road metal watering & well ramming (incl. supply of road metal) complete all as specified and directed.

Scarifying or picking gravelled macadam or bituminous mecadam surface in area exc. 400 Sqm and depth exc. 50 mm and n. exc. 100 mm deep complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 225mm thick (compacted thickness) WMM (Wet mix macadam) in three layers, spreading in layers each layer of WMM dose not exc 7.5cm , with coarse aggregates as specified grade as per MORTH, spread, rolled and consolidation to required gradient and caber complete using mechanical paver only and not by motor grader and tendem vibrator roller/earth compactor of capacity exc 8 tonne and n exc 15 tonne at OMC to achieve min 98% density of MDD determined using modified compactor density determination method as per IS code on prepared subgrade complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Preparing surfaces of unsurfaced WMM by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc. sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc and then Applying evenly a priming/tack coat with bituminous primer at 10 kg per 10 sq metre by using VG-10 bitumen complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing Premix bituminous, macadam with 75mm or less thickness using 4% paving bitumens of binder(VG-30) content of total weight of mix, mixed in computerized hot mix plant laid rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber with the help laid by mechanical paver and power roller 8 to 10 tonne capacity etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Preparing surfaces of black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc. sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc and then Applying evenly a priming/tack coat with bituminous primer at 5 kg per 10 sq metre by using VG-10 bitumen complete all as specified and directed.(As on required basis)

M&L for bituminous premixed asphaltic semi dense concrete 40 mm consolidated thickness using paving bitumen (VG-30) 5.5 % binder content by weight of total mix, spread by means of self propelled mechanical spreader/paver, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient complete, by using mechanical power road roller 8 to 12 tonne capacity all as specified and directed. Note:- 1. The Job design formula shall be got down from approval lab and got approval from GE before commencement of the work. 2. The rates are worked out on the basis of binder content of 5.5% of the total mix by weight.

M&L for thermoplastic paint on black top surfaces or existing paint surfaces applied hot mixing plant of heating of thermo plastic materials to a standard temp with gas and laying standard thickness of approx 2mm, by using thermo plastic material @ 6.5 kg/sqm, and glass beads @ 250 gms/Sqm including cleaning of old surfaces, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 150 mm thick Soling (or sub base) with broken boulders or quarried stone, interstices filled, of 40to 63 mm graded stone surface formed and rolled and consolidated to required gradient and camber complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for150mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 (Using 40 graded stone agg) incl use and waste of form work, finishing of surface even and rough complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing clean dry coarse sand uniformly graded, spread, leveled in layer 20mm thick over existing pavement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing clean dry polythene film 400 micron thick, white color, laid over sand layer including all necessary fittings cutting, overlaps not less than 300 mm and paste complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing pavement quality concrete (PQC)28 Days flexural strength 45 Kg/per SqCm in field using 400Kg of cement per cubic metre, (with maximum size of coarse aggregates upto 40mm) using non circular synthetic fiber @specified by the firm weight of cement as per design including and all necessary formwork for laying in bays spread by means of self propelled mechanical spreader/paver complete all as specified and directed.(Note : Paid for Non circular synthetic fiber in separate item)

M&L for Forming 25mm thick wide Expansion joints 250mm thick concrete slab by cutting the full depth using diamond cutter filled with compressible synthetic filler board for complete depth of joint, provn of closed cell backup rod 30mm dia, filled with polythene sealant (mindepth of dealent above backup rod shall be of 15mm) complying with BS:5212 , BS-4252 and EN-41875-2003, Priming the side min movement accommodation factor + 30% and applying masking tape on edge of joint to prevent accidental spillage of sealant on top surface to give net finish to sealant and removing the masking tape after sealant is applied by mechanical means.

M&L for Forming Construction joint 25mm deep x 10mm wide using diamond cutter providing polythene bacup rod 12 mm dia sealed with polythene sealant min depth of sealant of 12 mm compiling with BS:5212, BS:4245 and EN-41875-2003, priming the side min MAF +30% applying masking tape on edge of joints to prevent accidental spillage of filled with sealant top surface to give net finish to sealant and removing the masking tape after sealant is applied by mechanical means.

M&L for Forming Contraction (Dummy) joints 1/3 (83.33mm) of depth of slab and top 25mm 8 mm wide to receive PU and remaining 3mm wide (using diamond cutter) providing polythene backup rod 10 mm dia sealed with polythene sealant (min depth of sealent 12mm) comp(ling with BS-5212, BS-4252, EN-41875-2003, Priming the side min movement accommodation factor + 30% and applying maskin9 tape on edge of joint to prevent accidental spillage of sealant on top surface to give net finish to sealant and removing the masking tape after sealant is applied by mechanical means complete all as specified and directed..

S&F for cat eye road stud ABS body confirming to :RC 67-1977 having load capacity of 40 tonnes giving reflections on -both sides complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for continuous With width equal to width of the brick burnt clay bricks of sub class 'B' Brick old size brick edging, with laid on dry on end vertically complete all as specified and directed.

Supply Non cellular synthetic fiber for mix in concrete completed all as specified and directed.
