Disconnecting power/control cables and safely removing the existing Electric Actuator for reuse. Dismantling the existing Sluice Valve from the pipeline, including removal of all flange fasteners.
Erection and alignment of the new Sluice Valve body in the pipeline using new gaskets and fasteners. Retrofitting and mounting the existing Electric Actuator onto the new valve, including necessary coupling/adaptations. Re-termination of power and control cables. Setting of open/close limit switches and torque switches.
