Providing and laying in position cement concrete of (1:3:6) grade excluding the cost of centering and

Making plinth protection 50 mm thick of cement concrete 1:3:6 ( 1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggreagate 20mm nominal size) over 75mm bed of dry brick ballast 40mm nominal size well rammed and consolidated and grouted with fine sand including finishing the top smooth.

Filling available excavated earth in treches

Plastering with plaster in 1:6 mix 12mm thick

15mm thick

Plastering with 6mm thick plaster (1:3)

Centring and shuttering including struting propping removal

White washing with lime to give an even shade. New Work (three or more coats) INSIDE

Colour washing such as green blue or buff to give an even shade OUTSIDE
