Excavation in Hill area by manual/mechanical means:- Excavation in soil in hill areas all heights and depth in all kind of soil including saturated soil comprising of mixed soil, ordinary rock and hardd rock all work of rock cutting by blasting shall be carried out by taking all necessary precautions against soil erosion, damage to hill side, water pollution etc. and to protect stability of hill side. Rock shall be excavated with chiselling and wedging out rock( where blasting is prohibited) including cutting and trimming of side slopes and disposing of excavated earth with a lift upto all heights and all leads as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge, in conformately with the requirement of technical specification of rural roads clause 1603.1 all useful material such as stone, shingle, aggregates& slate etc. shall be sorted out and stacked along the road side properly. Any loss to the public and private property to during the course of execution shall be the absoulte responsibility of the contractor which shall have to be duly compensated by him in all cases.

Providing and Laying cement concrete for plain/reinforced concrete 1:4:8 (one cement: four sand: eight graded stone aggregate crushed 25mm (twenty five milimetre) nominal size mechanically mixed and vibrated in open foundations complete as per drawing and MORD Technical Specification clauses 802, 803, 1202 and 1203 and as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material through all modes of transportation within all leads and lifts and other incidentals.

Supplying fitting and placing HYSD bars reinforcement complete in super structure as per drawing and technical specification clauses 1002, 1010 and 1202 including carriage of material within all leads and lifts as per the entire satisfaction and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Backfilling /Filter media with granular material behind retaining wall/breast wall as per specification 1204.3.8 in a width of 600 mm. including hauling of material in all leads and lifts as per the entire satisfaction and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for Foundations, footings, bases of columns, etc. For mass concrete including hauling of material in all leads and lifts as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing concrete for plain/reinforced concrete in open foundations complete as per drawings and technical specifications Clause 802, 803, 1202 & 1203. P.C.C grade M 10(1) (Mechanincal mix and vibrated graded crushed stone aggregate) 1:3:6 Including carriage of materials through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, as per PWD specifications and as per direction of Engineer- in Charge.

Supplying and installation of delinators (road way indicators, hazard markers, object markers) 80-100cm high above ground level, painted black and white in 15 wide strips, fitted with 80x100mm rectangular or 75mm dia circular reflecorised panels at top, buried or passed into found and conforming to IRC-79 and drawings including hauling of material in all leads and lifts as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Charge.
