Dismantling posts or struts (wood, steel or RCC) any section including taking out embedded position and making good disturbed ground, posts embedded in concrete, brick work masonary work complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of galvanized mild steel barbed wire of any description complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling fencing wire mesh any type fixed to angle post complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick work or stone / boulder masonry built in cement mortar including all quoins arches, pillars etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work using old size sub class B bricks straight or curved on plan exc. 6 m mean radius built in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work using old size bricks (except brick) straight or curved on plan exc. 6 m mean radius built in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

Providing cement concrete type B-1, 1:2:4 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in bencing, coping, rounded or chamfered on edges etc complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each n. exc. 0.5 cum in soft / loose soil getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken ruble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25 cm, watering and removing surplus soil to a distance n. exc. 50 m and making good surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation for filling and mass concrete to fixed post or structs in position complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire etc flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting etc and similar work conforming to Fe-290 complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only mild steel in flat, round or square bars in available length complete all as specified and directed.

S&F mild steel screw bolts (machine made) 5 to 10 mm dia with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fittied with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, exc 5 cm long etc complete all as specified and directed.

S&F mild steel round bars, 10 mm dia and over fixed with chain link fencing including cranking, bending, welding all as required at site complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only chain link fencing of mesh size of 75 x 75 mm of 4 mm dia mild steel galvanized wire including line wires, binding wire fixed to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc complete all as specified and directed.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh and any type starndard rails, straining bolts etc including provisioning of binding wire complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for galvanised 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24 mm dia barbed with 2 mm dia barbs at 75 mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of strandard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins etc as directed (each line wire to be measured) etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for two coat synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer on steel surfaces of any description over 10 cm in width or girth not otherwise described including preparation of surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation new surface of steel surfaces n.exc. 10 cm width or girth when unconnected with other painting or when painted in a different tint, not other wise described, two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick work or concrete surfaces including racking out joints etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 15 mm thick cement plastering in CM 1:4 on brick or concrete surfaces fair finished the surfaces even and smooth withoutusing extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for two coats of cement based paint over a coat of alkali resistant primer on new plastred wall surfaces including preparation complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new plastred surface of wall and applying two coats of exterior emulsion paint (ACE) Appex of tint as approved by Engr in charge over a coat of primer including necessary putty filling wherever required complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified and directed.

S&F rolled mild steel section in framed work as in doors or gates of angles or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces etc complete drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering doors etc to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings and hanging, of grade Fe-290 (E-165) complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of PCC in ground floor / PCC path / plinth protection and paving n.exc. 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) etc complete all as specified and directed.

Providing and laying 60 mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-35 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footpath, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc of required strength, thickness & size / shape made by table vibtratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50 mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, compacting and proper embedding / laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with fine sand and cutting of paver block as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of floor hearth or wall tiling any type including cement mortar bedding complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for exterior grade, rubberized finish and ISI marked coloured glossy finish rubber pressed, cement concrete designer chequered tiles of size 30 cm x 30 cm x 25 mm thick as approved by AGE (I). Set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry with grey cement and pigment to match the shade / colour / matrix of tiles as in floor etc including 15 mm thick cement screed bed in CM 1:6 etc complete all as specified and directed. Make :- Tulip or NTC or Gem or Swastik or Nitco

M&L for bush coloured tiles 10 to 18 mm thick (squre / rectangular) area of each tile exc. 0.09 sqm nut n.exc. 0.38 sqm in wall coloured tiles etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match etc laid over 10 mm thick mortar CM (1:6) complete all as specified and size and colour decided by Engr in charge.
