Annual work cleaning of drain, cleaning sweeping of road footpath paved, open area, removal of gajar and disposal of dead animals from power house premises at SGTPS, MPPGCL, Birsinghpur

Sweeping cleaning of various road foot path, paved area, open area as directed by Engineer-in-charge in power house premises including collection of dust, ash debris, polythene and other waste material viz jute, cotton from road and open area and stacking of all obtained materials at appropriate place including all necessary T&P to execute the work as directed by Engineer-in-charge (Twice in a month) Qty. for one time is = 144722.00 M² Qty. for a year :-14722X2X12=3473328.00 M² as per tender schedule

Cleaning and removal of wet silt of drain situated inside Power House premises including all types of covered drain , open Kachha drain to make free flow of water including removal of ash silt material, brick bats, sand, Power House waste etc. in dry and wet condition garbage, twinges and material dumped by various office and unwanted vegetation, bushes, grass growth in drains and drain surrounding including stacking of all obtained material at appropriate places for disposing within a maximum lead 100 m including all T&P required and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge (08 month). Total lenth of drain 22380 RMX8 = 179040.00 RMs per tender schedule

Deploying / Engaging manpower of persons daily during rainy season to meet out any unavoidable and emergency work and to face any adverse critical situation pertaining to drain viz cleaning chocking of drain, making of temporary kuchha drain to pass excessive water, cleaning of discharge point carrying out of boundary wall and out side the power house to avoid flooding up of adjacent area thereby preventing any damage to structure in vicinity of drain, removal of trees felled due to rain creating hindrance in free flow of water including all necessary T&P safety appliances as gumboot rain coat, Helmet, torch, etc. necessary in rainy season and un-foreseen work related with drain as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Uprooting of Gajar Grass and unwanted vegetation in power house premises and surrounding area as directed by Engineer-in-charge (area below 25% covered with Gajar grass and shrubs) Qty. for 1 time = 319546.66 M² Qty. for 3 times = 958640.00 M²s per tender schedule

Removal of thick and dense thorny bushes lantana etc. including disposal out side of P.H. area (as these could not be burnt with in power house premises) as directed by the Engineer-in-charge (area up to 50% covered with thick & dense thorny bushes & lantana) Qty. for 1 time = 55066.66 M² Qty. for 3 time :- 3X55066.66=165200.00 M²s as per tender schedule
