Providing Operation, maintenance, repair and upkeep of 33 KV main receiving station, 33 KV switch yard, 33 KV outdoor VCBs, indoor control panel. 11 KV incoming/ out going VCBs on round the clock basis by employing Electrician (skilled) - 01 in each shift (for three shifts/ day) and Helper/ Mate (unskilled) - 01 in each shift (for three shifts/ day) ( Timing of each shift to be decided by Engineer-in-Charge), including sunday's and holiday's, complete all as specified and as directed including recording of reading in log sheet and maintaining of all type of tripping record of 33 KV VCBs and all feeders of complete sub station, replacing of burnt fuse wire of HT , tightening / replacing thimbles, nuts, bolts, jumpers, cleaning of panels and surrounding area maintaining complete all as specified and directed. Details of plant and equipment installed at MRS are as under :- (a) Transformer 33/ 11KV, 3.15 MVA capacity with OLTC - 02 Nos (b) Transformer 33/ 0.433 KV, 100 KVA capacity - 01 No (c) 33 KV switch yard - 01 No (d) 11 KV VCB (out going)/ bus Coupler - 10 Nos (e) 33 KV outdoor VCB indoor remote control panel . -02 Sets (f) Battery bank 110 V including bty charger -02 Sets (g) HT capacitor bank 1608 KVAR -01 Set

Notes for item No 1 :- (i) Contractor shall be made payment of wages to their trademen/ workers engaged in the contract by Cheque or through NEFT in their bank account only. Contractor shall distribute the payment in 1st week of every month and will confirm to Engr-in-Charge by showing the payment slip/ bank transaction document from bank and these documents shall also be mandatory while claiming each payments and wages paid to the trademen/ workers shall not be less than minimum wages/ fair wages as notified time to time by state/ central Govt (whichever is more). (ii) Contractor shall employ technically qualified operator having ITI or license in operating HT electrical installation or minimum 03 years experience of operating HT installations. (iii) Preventive and routine maintenance shall be carried out by authorized/ reputed agency. (iv) The cost for maint of documents installation charts and daily records as clarified under relevent particular specification shall deemed to be inculded in quoted rates. (v) Log sheets/ register for maintaince/ attendance register of staff deployed and other stationery will be provided by the contractor and maintained at no extra cost given on this account. (vi) All cleaning material will be provided by the contractor.

(vii) Panel boards, VCBs, battery banks, battery chargers, cleaning and aintained as required and directed etc, complete with daily cleaning checking of any leakage & to stop the same, cleaning of inside power house, Maintatine the daily log sheet on hourly basis, tightening electric connection including supply and replacement of lugs as & when required & keep the plant/ plant room/ surrounding area up to 50 mtr neat & clean and to maintain functional. (viii) The operator on duty shall be in proper uniform of standerd colour (colour of uniform shall be decided by Engineer-In-Charge) duly printed name of contractor and protective shoes/ hand gloves and required tools for operation and maint of installation. (ix) Clearning of entire area of inside and outside installation including cutting of grass from the roots and maintaing floriculture by watering etc. (x) Contractor shall provide the torch of 03 cells and one mobile phone ruber gloves to each trademen/ workers. The cost for the same deemed to included in quoted rate. (xi) Contractor shall provede the staff as per shift and location. (xii) Each person employed will be given weekly rest but in different days and reliever to be provided. (xiii) Details of equipments/ services to be maintained are indicated as appenidix in PS.

(xiv) Contractor shall arrange insurance to his worker and relevent proofs of the same shall be submitted to the department as and when demanded. The cost for the same is deemed to included in the rate quoated. Responsibilty of complaince of all the labour regulations in force lies with the contractor. The provision of statutory laws relating to minimum wages EPF, ESI payment shall be adhered to by the contractor.

Disconnecting & taking out non functional VCB of any description and any make/ capacity of rating 11 KV, dismantling / opening of the VCB for servicing / overhauling, taking out and removing unserviceable/ defective parts including cleaning & servicing, greasing, oiling of the parts etc and replacement of unserviceable parts with new one, reassembling the VCB after overhauling / servicing and its testing complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Notes :- (i) The quoted rates of the contractor includes for fixing the serviceable parts in position and replacement of unserviceable parts with new parts. The new replaced parts shall be measured and paid for separately under appropriate item.

Supply only the following spare parts for 11 KV VCB, 400/ 630 Amps capacity of Make: Crompton Greaves, conforming to the respective cat part given as under :- Note :- (i) Fixing & testing charges are deemed to be included under BOQ item No 2.00 here-in-before. (ii) Quantity of under mentioned items is tentative and contractor shall have no claim on account of variation of qtys or non execution of any of the item. (a) Support insulator

Disconnecting & taking out non functional air break switch of any description and any make of rating upto 400 Amps, 33 KV, strip opening of the Air break switch for servicing/ repairing, taking out and removing unsericeable/ defective parts from Air break switch, cleaning & servicing including greasing, oiling decarbonising existing serviceable parts etc, fixing the serviceable parts in position and replacement of unserviceable parts with new one, making proper adjustement and setting, reassembling the Air break switch, fixing in position and its testing complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note :- The quoted rates by the contractor includes for fixing the serviceable parts in position and replacement of unserviceable parts with new parts. The new replaced parts shall be measured and paid for serparately under appropriate item of Sch ‘A’ as “supply only” .

Supply only of the following spare parts suitable for Air break switch capacity 33 KV repaired under item No 3 here-in-before :- NOTE :- (i) The new parts shall be suitable to match with the existing GOD. (a) 33 KV post type insulator

(b) Male contact/ moving contact blade

(c) Female contact/ fix contact Jaw

S&F in replacement pin type, porcelain, vitreous, white, brown and green insulator including one galvanized mild steel spindle, two galvanized iron washers and one galvanized iron nut, 150 mm height, 150mm dia for 33 KV complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement single disc assembly for disc type insulator porcelain vitreous 145mm high and 255mm dia including ball and socket , white , brown or green suitable for 33 KV complete all as specified and directed.

Filtration/ dehydration of transformer oil in transformer 33/11 KV and 11/.433 KV with centrifuging machine. The machine continuously run round the clock till obtaining the test of oil upto 60 KV dielectric strength in 2.5 mm gap and topping up with new transformer oil including commissioning and testing of transformers complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Transformer oil for topping up shall be measured in relevant items.

Supply, heating and filling/ topping up/ replacement of transformer insulating oil EHV grade having dielectric strength not less than 60 KV (R.M.S) at 2.5 mm gap high viscosity in transformer confirming to IS-335 of 1983 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for painting with two coats of synthetic aluminium paint on complete steel structure after scrapping the old paint from steel structures of 33 KV yard and capacitor bank structure complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches in soft/ loose soil n.exc 1.5m wide and n. exc 1.5m depth for laying of cable, errection of poles, stay and pipe line, and getting out complete all as specified and directed.

Returning & filling in, with excavated soil including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers n. exc 25 cm thick complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material n exc. 50m and depositing where directed at a level n exc. 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting & taking out old existing unserviceable/ faulty HT cable of size 3 core 120 Sqmm , in any position from trench/ duct, including taking out serviceable PCC cable covers/ GI pipe of any description complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying connecting and testing XLPE insulated screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured heavy duty electric power cable with aluminium conductor 11000V grade (Earthed) cross sectional area 240 sqmm, 3 core complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying connecting and testing XLPE insulated screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured heavy duty electric power cable with aluminium conductor 11000V grade (Earthed) cross sectional area 120 sqmm, 3 core complete all as specified and directed.

Relaying connecting and testing XLPE insulated screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured heavy duty electric power cable with aluminium conductor 11000V grade cross sectional area 120 sqmm 3 core complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying un-reinforced precast cast conrete cable cover suitable for 11000 volts grade HT UG cable laid the length of cover prependicular to the direction of cable of class HV type 1 flat size 300 mm x 180 mm x 40 mm complete all as specified and directed.

Relaying PCC cable cover suitable for 11000 volts grade HT UG cable laid the length of cover prependicular to the direction of cable of class HV type 1 flat size 300 mm x 180 mm x 40 mm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for sand coushioning with dry and clean over and under the cable for protection of cable , 80 mm sand laid before laying the cable 150 mm sand after laying the cable complete all as directed. Note :Only punned thickness shall be measured for payment purpose.

S&F in replacement indicating lamp with holder LED type 30/110/220 volts as per sample complete all as specified and directed.

Surface excavation not exceeding 30 cm deep and averaging 15 cm deep and getting out and dressing wild growth cutting in soft/ loose soil complete once in a three months including cleanging 11KV/0.433 KV Sub Stn Room taking proper shut down all as specified and directed. (Measurement shall be recorded at every cutting/ dressing and paid)

M&L for drilling suitable dia horizontal bore holes for insetion/laying of 80/100 mm bore GI tubing of any desccription below/under road surface/floor etc with using mechanical or manual devices as required at site including making good disturbed surface to match with the existing streta after laying pipes Note :Only punned thickness shall be measured for payment purpose.

Supply and fixing in replacement of GI tubing light grade of 100 mm bore for cable protection on pole/ wall/ floor or in trenches and drain etc complete with necessary clamp, nut, bolts and washers and socket and making good the disturbed surface of wall, roof etc complete all as specified and directed.

Testing of over current & earth fault High set relays as per time/current characteristics by secondary injection test O/C 50%, 75%, 200% & E/F 20-80% plug setting and operating time at twice the set value & TMS 1 including well cleaning and decarbonizing of relay contacts complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for complete checking of wiring including repair/ calibration of VCB panel buchholz alarm relay, buchholz trip relay, 33 KV VCB alarm, VCB trip relays and make system serviceable complete checking of VCB 33 KV complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement of auxilary relay 24 to 30 Volts DC type AVA 33 for 33 KV VCB control relay panel (Make- Ashida Electronic/L & T) complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement of charging motor suitable for 33 KV outdoor type VCB as per sample all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement HRC fuse 2 to 10 Amps all as specified and directed

M&L for replacement of PG clamps, parallel grove clamps, tee clamps & GI nut, bolts of required size other connectors for connecting ACSR dog conductors for jumpring all as required at site complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for jump ring PTs, CTs, Outdoor VCB, isolators, DO fuse by using parallel grove clamp, Tee Clamps other connectors required by using ACSR conduc tor size Dog (6/4.72+7/1.57) including dismantling of old conductor and clamp complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for checking and finding out pin point location of fault in HT 11 KV grade underground cable with the help of fault locating mobile machine complete all as directed. Note :- Rate for rent of the fault locating mobile machine, charges for operator, engineer, electricians etc are deemed to be included in the quoted rate.

Disconnecting and taking out existing unserviceable current transformer of any description and in any position and supply , fixing and testing of cast resin type 11 KV current transformer having a ratio 200-100/5 A having protection core SP-10 burden of 15 VA and metering core class 1.0 and burden of 15 VA breaking capacity 13.1 KV for 1.0 second complete all as specified and directed. Supply, fixing , commissioning and testing in replacement of outdoor type , 11 KV gang operated switch with drop out fuse assay complete of current rating upto 200Amps 9 insulator vertical type triple pole each pole consisting of galvanized steel based HT insulator as per IS non ferrous knife and spring loaded contacts, arching horns of adequate section to break magnetizing current of the transformers horizontol Gi of adequate length for phase separation , adequate length of GI pipe operation from ground level and operating handle with locking arrangement complete in both OFF and ON positions. M&L for replacement of existing old unserviceable sign board with size of 5 x 4 feet of steel sheet of 5 mm thick size heavy duty including writing alphabetic letters computerised with rflective sheets to be made as all directed of size 150mm fonts and fixed with stainless steel pipe heavy duty of size 40 to 50 mm bore and to be fixed outside the installations duly burried the ground along with required PCC and top of the sign board should be 2.5 mtr and all as specified and directed.
