M & L for Cross arms bracing supports clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections including nut bolt washers welding bending cold or hot drilling holes for bolts in any shape or size as indicated or directed and including one primer coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer, one under coat and one finishing coat of aluminium paint including dismantling cross-arms of M.S. channel or angle sections etc complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repair Pin type, porcelain, vitreous, white, brown or green insulator including one galvanised mild steel spindle, two galvanised iron washers and one galvanised iron nut, 150mm height, 150mm dia for 11000 volts grade complete all as specified and directed.

S & F Lightning arresters expulsion type non linear metal oxide type complete with all fittings, transmission/distribution class, discharge capacity 65 kilo amp suiotable for upto 11 kV outdoor/ indoor type including necessary connections and fittings all as per IS-3070 Part-III and IEC 1994 including dismantling of old unserviceable lightening arrester including strap bolts, nuts and washers etc complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down after disconnection of 11 KV, GOD from existing two/four pole structure and Supply & fix Air Break, Gang operated, Triple pole, 11 KV switches/device, mechanically operated, mounted on insulator and steel frame, with operating mechanism of GI tubing 25 mm suitable length worked from ground level including locking accessories complete for current rating up to 400 Amps complete with 12 insulators all as specified and directed. complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Anti climbing devices; comprising 2.24mm dia galvanised steel 2- strand barbed wire with 2.00mm dia barbs wrapped spirally round poles, to a length of 0.5 to 1.0 metre including clamped and properly secured or as ordered including dismantling of existing one complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for expulsion fuse single pole (Drop out fuse), single pole, 11000 Volts, 100 Amps including dismantling the old unserviceable fuse complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for servicing the existing Gang operated Air Break switch, operated from ground level, of any type/capacity, 11 KV, 3 Pole, including greasing or by applying petroleum jelly, replacing worn out/damaged/rusted contacts (both Male & Female), nuts, bolts, washers, etc. and providing coloured sleeves for jumper connections complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L tinned copper flexible jumper of current rating 200A/400A (as per ground requirement) of minimum 2 mtr length suitable RYB heat shrink sleeves for operating voltage 11 KV, after carefully removing the old unserviceable flexible jumpers from AB switches complete all as specified and as directed

S & F in repair for danger notice plate of 1.6mm thick mild steel sheet, vitreous enamelled white, with letters, figures and conventional skull and bones in signal red colour and fixed with MS clamps, bolts and nuts of approved size for HT, 25 x 20 cm size complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and Laying in repair synthetic Rubber Insulated mats, 2.5 mm thick of size 2m x 1m for voltage upto 11 KV for electrical purpose as per IS-15652-2006 (Superseeding IS-5424) suitable for electrical shock safety complete all as specified and directed.
