Material & Labour for Homogeneous Vitrified digital double charge tiles 10 mm thick Light shade (square or rectangular) polished, area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 Sqm, in floors set and jointed with Balendura adhesive or equivalent as approved by GE and pointed in white cement mixed with colouring pigment to match the shade or colour of tiles laid over and including 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer with CM 1:6 complete all as specified & directed.

Material & Labour for Providing water proofing treatment over cleaned roof surface with super thermo APP modified water proofing memberane comprising of the following for approachable roofs:- (a) 10 mm thick screed bed or bedding layers in cement sand mortar 1:3 mixed with Integeral water proofing compound @ 3% by weight of cement, Cleaned the roof surface by steel wire brushes brooming & removing all loose particle dirt or dust and surface shall be painted with a coat of bitumen primer [conforming to IS : 3384-1986] @ 0.30 Litre/Sqm on top of dry or cleaned surface of finished cement mortar plaster suface of roof. (b) One coat of hot blown bitumen of grade 85/25 @ 1.2 Kg /Sqm shall be applied over primed surfaces for pasting of water proofing membrane. (c) Applying a layer of polymeric water proofing membrane of weight not less than 3 Kg/Sqm consisting of 90-100 micron thick central core of HMHDPE film over entire area laid with 100 mm over lap side & ends lap and the over lap joints shall be sealed by flame. (d) Again applying one coat of hot blown bitumen of grade 85/25 @ 1.2 Kg /Sqm & blinded with dry coarse sand spreaded @ 0.5 to 1 Kg per Sqm on entire surface of roof over bitumen.

Material & Labour for 40 mm thick brick tile laid on cement mortar and joints grouted flush in cement sand mortar in 1:3 mixed with 5% of crude oil by weight of cement over & including 15 mm thick screed bed in cement sand mortar 1:6 complete all as specified & directed.

Fixing only old serviceable asbestos cement corrugated or semi corrugated sheet as in roof covering, walls etc fixed with new L or J type hooks or cranked bolts complete all as specified & directed. Note : Old serveciable sheet shall be used obtain from serial Item No. 81 here-in-before.

Material & Labour for asbestos cement two piece adjustable serated plain wing ridge fixed with 'L' or 'J' hooks or cranked hook bolt complete all as specified & directed.

Repair of damaged rolling shutter [gear type] area exceeding 10 Sqm & not exceeding 25 Sqm for proper functioning oiling / greasing, locking arrangement for smooth functioning of shutter including taking down and re-fixing of rolling shutter and applying two coats of painting with synthetic enamel paint of required colour or shade after cleanign of old surface complete all as directed at site. Note : Quoted rate deemed to be included with replacement of any spare parts for required for smooth functioning, If gear box to be replaced shall be measured as supply only and fixing of gear box shall be included in unit quoted rate.

Supply only gear box with complete accessories for rolling shutters while servicing the rolling shutter as mentioned in above items required at site complete as directed.
