Supply, Laying, Jointing, Testing and Commissioning in trenches or drawn through pipe or fixed on wall / poles , LT cable 1100 volts, heavy duty XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wired armoured with aluminium conductor of cross sectional area 35Sq.mm 3½ core, including dismantling and taking out/down the old unserviceable LT cable from the trenches of from poles/ pipes ; Complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Note for Srl Item No.1 & 2 above :- (i) Earth work shall be measued and paid seprately. (ii) The cable pieces as required at site shall be terminated at both ends with LT cable end joints as directed by the Engineer in Charge and quoted rates shall be inclusive of cable end joints.

Supply, Laying, Jointing, in trenches or fixed on wall / poles DWC 'HDPE' pipe 65 mm dia heavy duty ISI marked suitable for LT cable protection ; Complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Supply, installation, commissioning and testing of switch Air break, Gang operated with 12 insulator polymer type type switch Triple pole mechanicaly operated, mounted on insulator and steel frame, with mechanism worked from ground level, for current rating 400 Amp operating Voltage 11 KV out door type vertical mounted type complete with locking arrengement, assembly with fuse mount carrier and fuse element of required capacity and isolate suitable for 11 KV including necessary electric connection and 11 KV fuse (drop out type) of capacity as per site requirement and as specified by Engr Incharge , complete with DO fuses assembly with channel and one No. operating Rod of 25 mm dia bore medium grade GI pipe of suitable length worked out from ground level and handle complete with lock and two Nos keys incl flat iron clamp 50mm x 6mm MS channel of suitable size & length for fixing GOD incl nut,bolt, washers including disconnecting and taking down the old unserviceable GOD & accessories ; Complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Material and Labour for renewal of earthing of poles/system with galvanised earth plate of size 600mm x 600mm x 6.30mm thick electrode and 32mm x 6mm GI strip buried vertically in ground not less than 2.25 metres below ground level with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 metres below ground level and connected to strip dia by means of nuts, bolts and washers and encased in and including 15 dia GI medium grade pipe up to 2.40 metres height form ground level fixed by MS flat iron clamp 40mm x 5mm with nut, bolt and washers, GI strip fixed to base along pole and connected to over head line for providing earthing to HT pole/feeder AB switch LA complete with charcoal dust, salt packed around plate 150 mm thick including watering GI pipe, medium grade 40 mm dia with blanking cap 1.5 metres long fixed to funnel with wire mesh complete with PCC chamber and RCC chamber cover all as per Electrical Plate No 5 of SSR Part I - 2009 incl excavation and earth work in any type of starta and testing on compeltion including dismantling and removal of old unserviceable earthing ; Complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. Note :- The earthing material shall approved by the AGE E/M before execution of earthing and earthing shall be carried in the presence of JE (E/M) and AGE (E/M) and shall only be measured & paid if done in the presence of JE (E/M) and AGE (E/M). (Note: Any length of GI strip and 15 mm dia GI medium grade pipe shall be provided as per actual requirement at site).

Supply and fixing FRP fencing made up with using FRP rod 12 mm dia,channel size 50 x 24 x 4 mm box section 50 x 25 mm 'I' section 38 x 15 x 3 mm and square box section 50 x 50 mm in post embeded in plain cement concrete (1:4:8) type D2 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate (45 cm x 45 cm x 45 cm) including necessary excavation and earthwork at 1.25 m C/C with height of fencing 2 m ( the panel shall be of size 2 mtr in height and 1 mtr in width) from GL including entrance gate of size 1m x 2m of same material.MS aldrop bolt 300 mm long,150 mm size pressed steel handles and 2 Nos tower bolts MS hinges as required etc complete all as specified directed by Eningeer-in-Charge.Make Sintex or equivalent as approved by GENote:- Verticle posts and rail section shall be manufactured of fibre glass reinforcement min 45% and formulation of polyster based thermoset resins ; Complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. ( Note- Rate quoted shall be be inclusive of excavation and earth work and PCC all as specified in the item )

Excavating in trenches n exc 1.5 mtr wide and n exc 1.5m in depth , laying of cable / errection of poles and getting out on soft / lose soil ; Complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Returning, filling in, including spreading , levelling , watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm of any soil ; Complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Removing excavated materials(soils) n exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level n exc 1.5m above the starting point ; Complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Supply ,Installation, test and commissioning in replacement LT panel board, factory made, out door, cubical type , vermin proof, dust proof , water proof powder coated made out of 3.15 mm thick CRCA sheet and inner sheet of 2.0 mm thick and angle iron bottom frame of size 50x50x5 mm planting depth of stand not less than 45 cm below and 45 cms above ground level and size suitable to accommodate the following accessories, with insulated aluminium busbar 400 amps capacity , 3 phase , 4 wire system, both sides openable (front and back) with locking arrangement , including cable duly powder coated with minimum 7 tank porcess connecting with existing cable with lugs glands etc including internal wiring with copper cables of suitable size using lugs comprising the following accessories ; Complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. Supply and Fixing bus bar enclosure 800 mm x 600 mm x 200 mm made out of 3.15 mm thick CRCA steel duly powder coated using 7 tank process with and including 200 amp, 25 kA MCCB 4 pole, thermal magnetic based fitted in bus bar enclosure using 250 Amp rated bus bar, 25x10mm aluminium and RYB indication lamps duly protected by 2A SP MCB outdoor type welded to suitable size MS angle iron frame and embedded in PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 ; Complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. Note - Height of the enclouser from ground level 0.5 meter .
