MAINTENANCE AND OTHER RELATED WORK OF 04 NOS. POWER TRANFORMER INSTALLED AT VARIOUS 33/11 KV SUB-STATION ON TIME TO TIME FOR THE PERIOD OF 06 MONTHS UNDER EUDD-VII, NOIDA AS PER FOLLOWING :- Note :- The material LV, HV side bushing rods, bushing, all gasket packing set, M.S. strips of T/F shall be provided by the contractor.
Opening of jumpering clamps from HV side of Power T/F.
Chosing of value of conservation Tank.
Drain out of T.F oil from T/F to drum.
Opening of section windows with help of nuts and bolts etc.
Opening HV side bushing with the help of nuts bolts and washers etc.
Opening LV side bushing with the help of nuts bolts and washers etc.
Opening and refixing of HV side bushing Rod after remove carbon by amri clothes & filling and damaged rods replacement by new bushing rods in connecting rods properly with the help of Gas welding and charging of all Oil packing of HV side bushing rods properly.
Opening and refixing of LV side bushing Rod after remove carbon by amri clothes & filling and damaged rods replacement by new bushing rods in connecting rods properly with the help of Gas welding and charging of all Oil packing of LV side bushing rods properly.
Fixing of HV side bushing in flangs with help of nuts bolts and washers after changing all oil packing properly.
Fixing of LV side bushing in flangs with help of nuts bolts and washers after changing all oil packing properly.
Closing of section windows with help of nuts bolts and washers after changing all oil packing properly.
Filling of T/F Oil from Drum to T/F.
Opening of value conservation Tank properly.
Tigtening of all nuts botls & washers of Top T/F Properly for smooth & proper working.
Tightening of all nuts bolts & washers of Radiators.
Fixing of Jumpering clamps for HV side & LV side of T/Fs.
Replacment of damaged M.S. earthing strip as per site requirement, material provided by the contractor at his own cost.
