Supply and fix, Coloured Glazed ceramic tiles in vertical surfaces 350x250mmx7mm/450x350x7mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over 15mm thick backing coat in CM(1:4) on fair face of brick or concrete surface complete all as specified and asdirected by Engr-in-charge.

M & L Vitrified Ceramic tiles (light shade) 09-10 mm thick (square/ rectangular) polished, area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match and including 20 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4 to receive tiles complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour, Green marble 18-20 mm thick as in (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, windowcills, cooking plateform and like in CM 1:4 incl pointing in white cement 1:2 using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match incl 10 mm thick screed/backing coat in CM 1:3 complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour, Granite(of any type) tiles 18-20mm thick as in floors and similar works over 20mm thick cement screed in CM 1:4, machine cut, bedded and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement and pigment to match the shade of granite stone incl cutting, polishing complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour, Kota stone slab 20-25mm thick in riser of steps, skirting, dado & pillar over 10mm thick plaster in CM (1:6) & jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing & polishing complete all as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fix, 35mm thick, 2nd class HW, glazed and skeleton shutters open rebated and prepared to receive glass / gauge (without sash bar) edges of forming plain chamfered or rounded fitted with cut and mitered bead for securing glass / gauge etc. size of shutter as per SSR part-1 section 8 clause 8.24(a) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fix, Factory made solid panel PVC door shutter 30mm (style) consisting of frame made out of MS tubes for top & bottom rails MS frame shall be covered with heat moulded wood grain printed PVC sheet used 5mm thick x 15mm wide PVC sheet beading used inside stiles and rails and decorative PVC beading of 10mm x 10mm (90o) used instead of exposed portion of PVC sheet beading panelling of wood grain printed PVC sheets to be fitted in the MS frame welded sealed to the stiles and rails with suitable PVC sheet beading and jointed together with solvent cement, supplying & fixing in the frame at the site as per specification and drawing shown in SSR Pt-I complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Thereafter wash the surface with clan water & allow to dry. Fill visible cracks/ joints by chemistic crack seal caulking compound & allow to dry for 24 hours. Apply a primer coat of chemistik prime M Seal (Or equivalent as approved by GE) (water base primer) and allow to dry for 6 hours. Thereafter apply 02 coats of chemistik PDS-50 (Or equivalent as approved by GE) (WB high build anti carbonating coating cum waterproofing) & shade by brush at the interval of 08 hours between the coat and allow to dry to match the existing shade including necessary scaffolding for any height, covering etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M & L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces or previously untreated surfaces of ceiling and applying three coats of white wash on ceiling, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour, Preparation of old plastered surfaces and applying one coat of white wash on ceilings.

Material and labour, for preparation of newly or untreated plastered surface applying two coats of oil bound distemper (OBD) over a coat primer, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Removing, chipping and cleaning of existing loose and damaged concrete carefully any thickness thickness by low impact high frequency hammer or by manual chipping without damaging the existing concrete including cleaning the surface by air jet and stacking & disposal of unserviceable materials outside the premises including all necessary scaffolding, safety net, props, etc. complete as per site requirement and as directed by Engineer in charge.

Material and labour, Providing and applying Bi-polar migratory corrosion inhibitor on concrete surface by spraying at 4 sqm/ltr and wiping the surface with moist cloth after few minutes to remove any residual material which has not penetrated, including all necessary surface preparation, necessary scaffolding, props, etc. as per requirement,complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Cleaning all existing reinforcement bars with wire brush/rotary wire brush to make entire surface of bars free from rust scales, loose material, dirt etc. and applying alkaline rust converting primer on the existing rebars and allowing it to react with rust and form a corrosion resistant, insoluble protective layer, as per manufacturer's instructions, including necessary scaffolding, props etc. as per requirement all as specified and directed. (Mode of measurement: per sqm of breaking area of concrete)

Drilling Holes of 12mm dia upto 100mm deep in structural members at the interval of 300mm in staggered manner or along the crack line in RCC structural member including cleaning of the holes by air blower and inserting 12mm dia NRV nozzles compatible with epoxy injector and having machined external end to receive outlet of Grouting Gun. Fix the nozzles inside the hole by applying thixotropic epoxy adhesive to ensure complete sealing and allow curing the system for minimum of 8 hrs. before grouting: Cut and remove nozzle projections, excess putty, if any, over concrete element by grinding, levelling and finishing the external surface, after completion of the work, etc. complete all as specified and directed. The rate shall include scaffolding and other necessary works, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour, Providing and injecting two part, low viscous, high strength epoxy resin based moisture insensitive liquid using pressure injector with accessories till nozzle refuses to accept the grout including mixing of grout material components in adequate proportions as per manufacturer's instructions by weight batching and grouting the mixed material into the structural member by grouting gun, maintaining desired pressure in the gun by air compressor and maintaining pressure at exit about 2 to 3 kg/cm2 by monitoring pressure gauge at exit. The mixed grout should have following properties:- (i) Mixed Density 1.1 kg/I (at + 27oC); Viscosity ~ 250 mPas at + 30 oC and should comply according to ASTM C 881, Type II and IV, Grade-1, class E+F (ii) Compressive strength >+ 70 N/ sqmm (7 days) according to ASTM C 579; Tensile Strength ~ 50 N/sqmm (after 7 days at +30oC cure) (According to ASTM D 638); Tensile Modulus ~2000 N/sqmm (after 7 days at +30oC cure) (According to ASTM D 638); (iii) Bond Strength ~ 10.8 N/sqmm (failure in concrete) after 14 days at +30oC cure; Flexural strength ~ 50 N/sqmm according to ISO 178. (iv) Seal the nozzle with thixotropic epoxy adhesive after the refusal of grout material from the nozzle, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour, MS TMT bars 10 mm dia and above , cut to length ,bent to shape required , including cranking , bending , spirally for hooping for columns , hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips as in reinforcement, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour, MS TMT bars 6-8 mm dia, cut to length ,bent to shape required , including cranking , bending , spirally for hooping for columns , hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips as in reinforcement, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Providing and applying Zinc rich epoxy anti-corrosive protective coating for reinforcement bars as corrosion protection system in 2 coats to the entire circumference surface of bars as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. The product should confirm carbonation resistance of 2 mm and bond strength > 1N/sqmm according to ASTM C 882-78 (Mode of measurement: per sqm of application area of concrete.) , complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Note:- The rate shall include cost of scaffolding necessary for the work.

Material and labour,, Providing, mixing & applying two component epoxy resin concrete bonding coat on prepared RCC surfaces prior to application of any type of repair mortar or micro concrete as per manufacturer's specification including cleaning of surface to remove all dirt, dust or any other impurities, etc. including necessary scaffolding work, all complete as specified and directed. The product should comply with ASTM C 881 Type II Grade 2 Class B+C.complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour, Rebuilding the section of damaged RCC elements (column, beam, chajjas, balcony etc.) to its original size in thickness (any) by providing and casting with ready to use non shrink, cementitious free flow micro-concrete having compressive strength >30 N/sqmm (28 days) according to ASTM C 1107-99 including, drilling holes and fixing shear connectors, mixing the micro concrete with adequate quantity of water, placing, levelling the surface by grinding off cementitious slurry or cementitious joints daffiness if any and curing complete all as specified and directed. Note:-The rate quoted shall be deemed to be inclusive cost of scaffolding as per site requirement.

Material and labour, Formwork to sides of rough finish surfaces of concrete pillars, posts, struts, piers, columns, beams, chhajja, balcony etc. and stanchions fair finished surfaces of concrete etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Rebuilding the section of structural damaged RCC/PCC elements to its original size and shape up to 20 mm thickness by providing and applying with pre-batched, one component fiber based repair mortar having compressive strength >=50 N sqmm (28 days) according to ASTM C 109; flexural strength >= 5N/sqmm (7days) according to ASTM C 293-79. The rate shall include cost of scaffolding required for the work.

Supply and fix, in repairs vitreous china wash down water closet pan pedestal pattern white including seat cover, connection pipe to union of flushing cistern, inlet and overflow pipes, connecting only to flushing cistern anti-syphonage pipe with PVC flush pipe of 32mm dia with mild steel chromium plated hinging and 'P' or 'S' trap device complete all as specified.

Supply and fix, Health faucet (ABS Body) mild steel chromium plated suitable for 15 mm dia pipe with 1.25 meter long flexible tube and ABS wall hook including making connections and fixed in position , complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

(h) Car door & landing door at all floors : Automatic Center opening with VVVF door drive, opening size not less than 900mmx2000mm, sliding type, fabricated by stainless steel sheet not less than 1.2mm having hair line finish (N - 304).

(j) Car enclosure : (i) Manufactured with stainless steel frame stainless steel sheet not less than 1.5mm thick with hair line finish (N - 304) having stainless steel false ceiling with hair line finish, internal lighting arrangement with Four Nos LED for commercial supply and one No LED for emergency light each 11 watt light fitting complete, internal ventilation system provided with concealed arial flow/cross flow fan with auto cut off system and stainless steel grill/wire mesh for protection. (ii) Provision of standard thickness stainless steel hand rail 40mm dia all around inside the car cabin. (iii) Provision of standard thick looking mirror. (k) Terminal buffers : Metal special spring buffers as per manufacturer specification. The buffing stroke should not be less than 200mm. (I) Door opening (Inside) : Protected by centre opening stainless steel doors with hairline finish doors with clear opening size not less than 900 x 2000mm. (m) Car & counter weight Guide : Guide rails of 'T' Section Mild steel as per OEM design. Counter weight shall be cast iron as recommended by OEM. (n) Flooring : Aluminum chequered plate 5mm thick complete. (o) Signals :- (i) Combined luminous hall buttons with LED/VFD hall position

(ii) LED/VFD for car position indicator to be fitted in COP made of stainless steel. (iii) One No car operation panel with luminous buttons in car (stainless steel). (iv) Car direction indicator in car & Landing (v) Battery operated alarm bell & emergency light (rechargeable) along with suitable maintenance free battery. (This system should be separate from ARD batteries). (vi) Overload warning feature in car cabine (Display & announcing both type.) (vii) Fireman's switch one No per lift to be installed at ground Floor near landing door. (viii) All signal fixture & car operating panel on stainless steel face plate with hair line finish. (ix) Infra red sensor safety edge of door for entire height. (x) Built in announcing system without hand set. 02 Nos (One for lift car & ground floor landing door & one announcing system with hand set in machine room). (xi) The interior of the car should be provided with a device that audibly indicates the floor position of lift car has reached and indicates that car entrance/exit door is open or closed. (p) Stops & Opening : 07-07 (All opening on same side).

(q) Safety Device : (i) Automatic rescue device (ARD)/Automatic landing device with maintenance free battery having suitable capacity. The batteries must have auto charging facilities. The charger input be connected with converter of Regenerative drive. (ii) The ARD actuation time should be less than one second after failure of power supply and when ARD is operative the car should stop the nearest floor and then open. (r) Operation : Simplex, full collective automatic operation with/without attendant. (s) Machine Room : Located above the hoist way (details as per appendix attached, Tendere to inspect the site before quoting). (t) Hoist-Way Constn) : (Existing at site, details as per Appendix attached. Tenderer to inspect the site before quoting).

(u) Civil Work : Necessary Civil work such as making good disturbed surface, modification to landing space to suits to car size necessary foundation to machine. (v) Regenerating AC- VVVF drive shall be of make :OTIS/Yaskawa/Mitsubishi/ Fuji /Schindler/L&T/Siemens/GE/OEMs own make. (w) Control system : Shall be enclosed loop type. (x) Door shall have AC-VVVF controlled close loop operated. (y) Face plate shape shall be rectangular and stainless steel with hairline finish. (z) Counter weight shall be of cast iron as recommended by OEM. (aa) One number wall mounted type telephone instrument of make Crompton Greaves / Beetle installed inside of car cabin along with fixing arrangement and telephone cable of suitable size from car cabin to machine room run along with trailing cable. The telephone instrument shall be connected in the telephone DB installed in the machine room.

(ab) One number electrically operated siren, operating voltage 240 volts having audible range of 0.5 Km of along with One Number inverter unit of suitable capacity but not less than 0.5KVA of comprising of maintenance free battery connected with charging system (may be through regenerative drive) including a separate switch/push button inside of car panel and electric wiring circuit up to the machine room. The siren shall be installed over the building at appropriate place and to be operated from inside the car. General Note for item No 176 : The lift will be inspected by lift inspector of state govt and the fees shall be inclusive of rate quoted above. The Spl repair work will be completed after inspection of lift inspector. Lift inspection report will be submitted to Engr-in-Charge in original before completion of work.

(Fire Fighting) Excavation in trenches n exc 1.5 m wide and not n exc 1.5 m depth and getting out in hard dense soil including grading and ramming bottom surface , for laying pipes and fittings complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Returning, filling in soil including, spreading, leveling watering & well ramming in layers n exc 25 cm including making good disturbed surfaces to original levels complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Removal of excavated material soil to a distance n exc 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply, laying, testing and commissioning in replacement of MS ERW pipe class 'B' in standard length conforming to IS 1239 part -I (ISI Marked) duly painted with two coats synthetic enamel paint of first quality over coat of primer for 100 mm bore complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & fix in replacement fire hose cabinate box of size as per requirement but not less than 800x600x250mm , made out from 16 gauge MS sheet duly painted with 2 coats red colour synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer with double leafed glazed shutter (glazed with 4mm thick glass ) suitable for housing of 2 length of canvas hose, brace pipe ,fire hose and nozzle complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix in repair/replacement of canvas fire hose pipe 63mm dia 15 mtr long heavy duty fitted with gun metal instantaneous pattern heavy duty male and female delivery hose coupling bearing IS: 903 mark binded by copper wire with necessary fitting complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix in replacement fire hydrant landing valves gun metal, single outlet 63mm dia and suitable for fix to 80mm dia Flanged pipes as inlet confirming to IS-5290 including suitable size of gasket, nuts, bolts and washers for fixing the same including testing complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- The quoted rates shall be inclusive of complete accessories. including other jointing materials etc.

Supply and fix first aid fire hose reel drum, swivel mounting type including 30 mtr long, 19 mm dia, ISI marked, hose pipe, operating pressure 7 Kg/Cm2 high pressure with 15 mm dia outlet, gun metal nozzle with shut off valve as per IS 884- 1985 including branch pipe with nozzle connection of 20mm dia from down pipe MS (ERW) and testing against leakage complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix in replacement sluice valve with flanged ends 80 mm bore cast iron body, flanged and drilled end non rising type , stainless steel spindle with nuts, as per IS 14846, ISI marked including all joints, class PN 1.6 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix in replacement of 20 mm bore gunmetal globe or gate valve, with iron wheel head, screwed both ends for iron pipe confirming to latest relevant IS with and including suitable size of GI socket and fabrication work as required at sitecomplete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix pipe support for all types of pipes including hangers/fasteners/elbow/ support/tees/gasket rubber etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
