Material and labour for cutting of road, cuttings chases pining in making good for facing where required to edges of landing road, hard standing, etc and cutting chases for concealed water tubing making food exc 20cm but nor exc 60cm width and digging of excavation 40cm but not exc 1m depth in bituminous road/concrete surface and making food as existing surface by using 0.63mm hard core as required including premixed high performance cold mix patching material ideal for instant as required high quality repairs to bituminous as well as concrete surface complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for provn of septic tank including excavation, PCC in foundation, on site Hume Pipe septic tank designed to carry sewage and sludge water, excavation in any type of soil, PCC 1:4:8 below foundation, RCC slab including precast RCC cover slabs, rendering in CM (1:4), vent shaft and sludge chamber for 10 users complete all as specified and as shown on drawing.

Material and labour for provn of 1.20 meter dia and 3.00 meter effective depth soakage well, including necessary excavation in any type of soil, plain cement concrete 1:3:6 in foundation, honey combing masonry wall, with top ring of M-25 design mix concrete, intercepting chamber and screen chamber made of brick masonry in cement mortar 1:6, RCC precast cover slab in M-25/SFRC cover, interconnecting pipes of RCC/DWC, filled with brick bats etc complete all as specified and as shown on drawing.

Dismantling of old barbed wire of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified and directed.
