Material & labour for preparation of existing black top surfaces / BM surface by brushing with wire brush for removing caked mud etc sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc complete all as specified & directed.

Material & labour for applying a tack coat over existing bituminous surface @ 0.5 Kg/Sqm of 20/30 bitumen and providing and laying 20mm thick bitumen mastic asphalt on prepared surface strictly in accordance with IS specification No5317-2002(As latest modified) with mastic i.e. bitumen of grade 20/30 @4.50 Kg /Sqm (minimum) mixed stone dust (lime stone powder with calcium value 80%) @0.008 Cum/Sqm and stone chipping of size 12.5mm and 10mm @0.0096 Cum/Sqm and sand @0.004 Cum per sqm and inerting stone graded of 22mm size with 0.017 Kg/Sqm of 20/30 bitumen per Sqm for anti skiding including all tools and plants etc complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for preparing bituminous surface of road and marking 2.5 mm thick centre lines, stop lines, dashes, arrows, letters, zebra cross etc and the like n.exc 10cm wide on roads, pavements with hot applied thermoplastic road marking paint of approved colour as per IRC 35 conforming to BS 3262-1989 with 20% glass beads (intermixed), spread and laid by automatic mechanical machine engine drive complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing in repair plastic speed bump of 750mm length x 250mm width x 75 mm high and made of ABS material with 2 nos high reflective reflectors moulded in PMMA and fixed with 4 nos nail and epoxy adhesive (base bumper & hole) on road surface complete and fixing as per manufacturer's instruction and all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing in repair of of Cat's eye Road stud, solar reflective type, metal body alloy, size 100mm x 100 mm x 20mm with PAMA striplens reflector with and incl MS stud of suitable size complete and fixing as per manufacturers instructions and all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & labour for 100mm thick PCC M-10(Nominal Mix) (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in sub-bases of flooring complete all as specified and directed.

Material , Labour and laying 80mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-40 grade confirming to IS 15658-2006 with approved colour, design & pattern as in footpath, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of fine sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand complete all as specified and as directed..

Demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced) in ground floors and pavings not exc 15 cm thick (below or ground level) complete all as directed.

Demolition of brickwork built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for brick work with bricks class designation 75, size as per old size brick, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 m mean radius half brick thick walls built in Cement Mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item no 12 here-in-above but except bricks (using old bricks obtained from item No 11 here-in-before)

Material & labour for PCC M-7.5(Nominal Miax) using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation etc complete all as specified and directed.

Material, labour for 15 mm thick rendering in CM (1:6) on other than fair face of brick or concrete surfaces on internal surfaces finishing even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for PCC M-7.5(Nominal Miax) using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in forming channel, benching inside drain (1/2 or 3/4 section) in drain and as in coping including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement, including forms, moulds, mitred/stopped ends etc.

Material and labour for cement concrete type B-1 1:2:4 as in copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster in any description on brick or stone wall etc incl racking out joints.hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & Fixing in repair RCPC of 2-3 MT, cover slabs (for manholes, drain etc) of size 450x800x75mm thick complete all as specified and directed

Material & labour for RCC(1:2:4) type B1 (Using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in precast cement concrete for cover slab set in cement mortar (1:4) with necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing of mild steel TMT bar (Fe-500) 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending, spirally for hooping for columns, beam , slab etc hooking ends and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clip complete all as specified and directed.

Note: Schedule of credit (SCHEDULE OF CREDIT) amount shall be deducted from the total quoted amount of BOQ.
