Amount

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m deep and not exceeding 1.5 m wide and getting out in soft / loose soil all as directed.

Returning and filling in, soils, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm thick all as directed.

Removing excavated surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point all as directed.

Demolition of plain cement concrete as in foundation base of transformers, poles, panels, sign boards, coping, etc including providing necessary supports to ensure that existing installation / poles / panels do not fall while demolition, removing of debris outside MD land complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for plain cement concrete 1:4:8, type D2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in mass concrete foundations of transformers, poles, panels, sign boards, etc., including necessary formwork, complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for plain cement concrete 1:3:6, type C1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in coping to poles, panels, etc., including necessary formwork, complete all as specified and as directed.

Screening excavated earth (passing through 12 mm square mesh), laying riddled earth in trenches for cable protection, under and above Cable all as specified in SSR Part - I (Clause No 19.75) and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : Punned thickness of riddled earth of 18 cm will be measured and paid.

Material and labour for cushioning of river sand, for Cables in ducts of sub stations, complete all as directed and specified. Note : For the purpose of payment punned thickness will be measured.

Material and labour for laying of burnt bricks sub class `B’ bricks of size 230 x 115 x 75 mm, laid in trenches for cable protection all as directed and specified

Note -: The bottom of Pole 1.5 mtr height above coping / ground level shall be painted with blue paint or other any colour as decided by Engineer-in-charge in consultation with LRDE / CAIR aluminium paint strips alternatively at an interval of 30 cm including writing the pole with white colour over black colour circle base all as per site complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge .

Material and labour for writing letters of size up to 1.5 inch height, with exterior grade enamel water proof paint on panels / feeder pillar boxes, etc., including representing incoming and outgoing connections complete all as per directions of Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for writing letters of size up to 2 inch height, with exterior grade enamel water proof paint on panels / feeder pillar boxes, etc., including representing incoming and outgoing connections complete all as per directions of Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and Labour for finding 11KV HT UG cable fault / defect of any size from the positions accurately using cable fault locator machine vehicle including finding of cable route as applicable on the ground, transportation, testing, restoring of the supply in all respects and commissioning etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note - 1) Earth work from cable fault position to nearest cable loop as per site and cable joints as per site requirement shall be measured and paid separately under relevant item of the schedule.

Checking of old and existing out door LT feeder boxes of any size located at various locations, taking down old broken / corroded / damaged / dented LT Outdoor feeder box doors / sheets of any type and of area not exceeding 0.5 Sq m from existing positions carefully in and including addition / alterations to doors / hinges as per site requirement with repairing, denting, machining work, welding works, applying two coats of spray painting matching of existing colour to panel complete over a coat of primer as per panel site conditions, provision of pad locking arrangements, aldrops, pad lock with three keys, etc., for proper locking of doors / fixing of sheets complete all as per directions of Engineer-in-Charge. Note : i) The Contractor shall visit the site before quoting the rate in the tender. All spares required as per site requirement shall deemed to be included in quoted rate. ii) Cost of disconnecting, taking out cable from trench etc., reconnecting with new lugs as per site requirements shall deemed to be quoted in quoted rate, iii) PCC work shall be measured and paid separately under respective items.

Servicing and repairing of LT Air Circuit Breaker of any type and rating in and including replacement of non functional components, charging mechanism and all connected accessories, tightening of cable in / out connections all as per requirements complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : The quoted rate shall be inclusive of replacing of all spare parts for switching ON / OFF, functioning of charging mechanism and tripping mechanism in all respects and no extra amount will be paid in this regards.

Supply, install, test and commissioning of LT bus bar chamber (fabricated by CPRI certified and approved manufacturers), made out of 3 mm thick CRCA sheet steel enclosure outdoor cubical type (size 600 mm x 600 mm x 400 mm), double door with front and rear opening facility, tower bolt locking, pad locks - 2 Nos, Provn of earthing bolts and nuts with GI Strip, four side slanting canopy of roof top, dust, vermin, weather proof duly powder coated with seven tank process, IP-54, and all as per IE rules including mounted on MS angle iron frame of size 75 x 75 x 6 mm (1 m height 4 Nos) welded to shape, mild steel base frame with channels of size 75 x 75 x 6 mm, including necessary grouting with PCC 1:4:8 type D2 with 20 mm graded stone aggregate with legs 50 cm in ground and 40 cm above ground including necessary excavation and earth work complete with necessary compartments, fitted with TPN aluminium bus bar 600 Amps with colour code sleeves mounted on porcelain/SMC/DMC insulators, including provision of doors on front with neoprene gaskets, internal control wiring with PVC insulated copper wire. Note: The quoted rate shall deemed to be inclusive of connections of incoming & outgoing, UG cable, terminating with suitable cable end glands, aluminium lugs, excavation and earthwork, taking down old cable with LT switches complete all as specified and as directed.

Checking of copper / GI strip or GI wire earthing of any type near all E/M installations, by following all safety methods carefully, tightening of all earthing connections, pouring water in the earth pits through earth pit funnel, testing of earthing pit using earth tester after 24 Hours of water pouring. (The arrangement of earth tester is the responsibility of the Contractor), white washing to earth pit, marking & painting information of pit with exterior paint mentioning date of earth result checked, test results, to which equipment earthing pit pertains, complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : i) The job shall be paid twice in the contract period with interval of six month periodicity. ii) Earthwork, demolition of PCC, PCC new work, RCC earth pit cover and GI strip as applicable shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items.

Taking down broken RCC covers, providing material and labour, for Pre-cast Reinforced Cement Concrete, (1:2:4), type B1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregates as in cover slabs of earth pit, set in CM(1:4) complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE :- Steel for Reinforcement will be measured and paid separately.

Note :- GI strip 32 x 6 mm,GI Tubing 50 mm light grade upto 7.5 mtr deemed to be included in the rate quoted by the contractor. Note:(i) Quoted rate deemend to include necessary earth work PCC chamber, RCC cover, renforcement removal of surplus soil , site clearance etc. (ii) GI earth strip 32X6 mm , GI tubing light grade 50 mm dia upto 7.5m deemed to be included the rate quoted by the contractor.
