Demolition of Cement Concrete (unreinforced) of any description and in any position including removal of debries to outside MD land and disposed off all as specified and directed.

Demolition of reinforced Cement Concrete of any description and in any position (reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition ) all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of precast concrete block walling and precast concrete articles built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition of stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors,aprons.,laid,bedded and pointed in any mortar etc, complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & Labour for Precast cement concrete block masonry with solid blocks of mix 1:3:6 type C1 (using 20mm aggregate), exceeding 10 cm in width and setting in cement mortar 1:4 including all necessary scaffolding etc, complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for Rendering 10mm thick in Cement Mortar 1:4 on fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces,finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Hardcore of gauge n exc. 63 mm,with broken stone or boulders, deposited, spread and levelled in layers n exc. 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing 75 mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base /sub floor,path,pavings etc. surface finished rough to receive topping layer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing 100 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base /sub floor, etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M & L Coloured chequered cement concrete tiles rubber moulded 30 cm x 30cm x 25 cm thick with grey cement and pigments, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors including 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer of CM (1:4) complete all as specified and as directed

M&L 75mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in plinth protection laid in alternate pannel, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & Labour for Providing precast cement concrete 1:2:4, type B1 (using 20 mm graded aggregate) as in landings, cover slabs (for manholes etc.) chullah hoods, chajjas, water troughs, mangers, shelves and similar articles with plain faces and setting in cement mortar 1:4 complete with joints to match complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with the including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new plastered or unplastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of cement based paint over one coat of primer (priming the plastered and other surface with alkali resistant priming paint) complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for Forming contraction (Dummy) joints 65mm deep X 10mm wide , filled with sealing compound Grade `A' complete all as specified and directed.
