PART A_Cleaning& removal of dirt with wet cloth of all rooms library, drawing hall, lecture halls, conference halls coridoors, stairs & roofs etc. in TTI, Obra.

PART A_Cleaning of glass doors, windows, Glasses and other panels in TTI, Obra.

PART A_Cleaning & removal of dry leaves of cemented external premises of TTI including 1200m2 (Approximate) area of House allotment committee office at least twice a day.

PART A_Cleaning of dry leaves, grass & bushes, maintenance of plants & flowers, grass cutting, watering etc. of almost 3200 m2 area. _Cleaning of grasses & bushes, cleaning & collection of dry leaves.

PART A_Cleaning of dry leaves, grass & bushes, maintenance of plants & flowers, grass cutting, watering etc. of almost 3200 m2 area. _Maintenance of flowers and plants, arrangement of fertilizer and watering, Niraigurai& grass cutting.

PART A_Cleaning of dry leaves, grass & bushes, maintenance of plants & flowers, grass cutting, watering etc. of almost 3200 m2 area. _Removal of debris by tractor from TTI premises to outside the colony.

PART B_Cleanning ,collecting, cutting & removing of dirts, grasses, wings of trees/plants, leaves, dungs etc. from the area of about 15000 sqr meter of TTI hostel every working days as per requirment of the instiructon of JE/AD/DD

PART B_Cleanning of road, drains and collection of debris at one place. This work needs to be done on daily basis on every working days.

PART B_Removal of debris, dry fallen leaves etc. by tractor from TTI hostel premise to outside the colony.

PART B_Daily cleaning of all the rooms, halls, corridors of TTI Hostel (Block A,B and D) including doors, Windows, Furniture, Toilets, wash basins etc by way of sweeping/ scrubbing/wiping as per scope of work. ( Performing above work for one month shall be treated as one Job)

PART B_Providing caretaking service in TTI Hostel as per scope of work (Service provided during one month shall be treated as one job.

PART B_Attending electrical faults of minor repairing of switch boards like /loose sparking connections etc, including replacement of switches/sockets if necessary .During odd hours holidays. or when HOPD Staff not available

PART B_Attending electrical faults of replacement of bulbs, holders etc in toilets, bath rooms, corridors etc, in emergency. During odd hours holidays or when HOPD Staff not available

PART B_Maintenance of all lawns by daily cleaning, cutting, digging, watering in grasses, flower beds, plants, removing of wild vegetation from plants and flower beds and also including mixing of cow dung/earth and spraying pesticides to protect the plant from insects etc. Work shall be carried out daily excluding Sunday & Holidays

PART B_Maintaining lawn by means of hedge cutting, plant cutting and decorative trimming of shrubs, cleaning of weeds around flowers as per direction of Engineer-in charge, including the cost of labour and T&P etc

PART B_Grass cutting in Lawn by lawnmover. Lawn mover machine shall be arranged by the Contractor at his own cost.

PART B_Supplying and planting of following ornamental plants with making pits of size 600 mm diaat top and 400mm diaat bottom & 450mm deep or gamalas including mixing approved quality of the Cow dung and soil including cost of all materials, labour, T&P etc. required for proper completion of work excluding cost of cow dung.
