Construction of granular sub-base by providing close graded material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with front end loader at OMC, and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per clause 401 (Including Cost of All Material T&P, Royalty, Taxes, Labour Cess etc but Excluding GST)

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the Material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed Material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with grader in sub- base / base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density. Providing and applying primer coat with SS1 grade bitumen emulsion on prepared surface of granular Base including clearing of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70 kg/sqm using mechanical means. (Including Cost of All Material T&P, Royalty, Taxes, Labour Cess etc but Excluding GST)

Providing and laying dense graded bituminous macadam with higher capacity batch type HMP using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder (VG-30) @ 4.5 per cent by weight of total mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MoRTH specification clause No. 505 complete in all respects. Providing and laying bituminous concrete with higher capacity batch type hot mix plant using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder(VG-30) @ 5.4 per cent of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORTH specification clause No. 507 complete in all respects. PART-B Maintenance cost will be paid year wise as per Government order No 17/2024/SA-113/23-1-2024-23-1099/113/2023 Date 16.01.2024 and HQ UPPWD,Lucknow order No.3689 COPRMC/Mul-23-24 Date 17-02-2024 Maintenance cost will adjusted as per final cost of construction and will be paid accordingly.

The routine maintenance of above road work including pavement, road sides and cross drains, surface drains to the required standards and in the manner as defined in CB Condition and keep the entire road surface and structure in Defect free condition during the entire maintenance period which begins from the Completion Date and ends after five years. For 1st Year Maintenance charge @ 0% of Sub toal of Part-A work done (Including Cost of All Matarial T&P, Taxes, Labour Cess etc but Excluding GST )

The routine maintenance of above road work including pavement, road sides and cross drains, surface drains to the required standards and in the manner as defined in CB Condition and keep the entire road surface and structure in Defect free condition during the entire maintenance period which begins from the Completion Date and ends after five years. For 2nd Year Maintenance charge @ 0.25% (Including Cost of All Matarial T&P, Taxes, Labour Cess etc but Excluding GST )

The routine maintenance of above road work including pavement, road sides and cross drains, surface drains to the required standards and in the manner as defined in CB Condition and keep the entire road surface and structure in Defect free condition during the entire maintenance period which begins from the Completion Date and ends after five years. For 3rd Year Maintenance charge @ 0.50% (Including Cost of All Matarial T&P, Taxes, Labour Cess etc but Excluding GST )

The routine maintenance of above road work including pavement, road sides and cross drains, surface drains to the required standards and in the manner as defined in CB Condition and keep the entire road surface and structure in Defect free condition during the entire maintenance period which begins from the Completion Date and ends after five years. For 4th Year Maintenance charge @ 0.75% (Including Cost of All Matarial T&P, Taxes, Labour Cess etc but Excluding GST )

The routine maintenance of above road work including pavement, road sides and cross drains, surface drains to the required standards and in the manner as defined in CB Condition and keep the entire road surface and structure in Defect free condition during the entire maintenance period which begins from the Completion Date and ends after five years. For 5th Year Maintenance charge @ 1.00% (Including Cost of All Matarial T&P, Taxes, Labour Cess etc but Excluding GST )
