Providing and fixing 22mm thick False Ceiling made of PVC insulated panels of size 600mm x 600mm. Wall thickness of panel 1.5mm (±0.1) on both side. On 22mm EPS panel 1.5mm (±0.1) Plain PVC sheet of Density 600 Kg /Cbm manufactured by an ISO-9001 - 2015 cetified company, is stuck on both side with adhesive The panel is inserted in a frame made of anodised Aluminum 'T' section of size 1''x1'' (25mm x 25mm) in square type grid of size 2' x 2' (600mm x 600mm) The aluminium framework is supported from the ceiling with the help of 'J' hook and G.I. wire / 6mm M.S. rods of required sizes to maintain proper level. The aluminium framework is supported on side wall with the help of aluminium "L" section of size 1"x1" (25x25mm) angles. Supply and fixing factory made uPVC white colour fixed glazed window/ventilator made of (small series) frame 47 x 50 mm mullion 47 x 68 mm both having wall thickness of 1.9 ± 0.2 mm and single glazing bead of appropriate dimension (Area upto 0.75 sqm.) comprising of uPVC multi-chambered frame and mullion (where ever required) extruded profiles duly reinforced with 1.60 ± 0.2 mm thick galvanized mild steel section made from roll forming process of required length (shape & size according to uPVC profile), uPVC extruded glazing beads of appropriate dimension, EPDM gasket, G.I. fasteners 100 x 8 mm size for fixing frame to finished wall, plastic packers, plastic caps and necessary stainless steel screws etc. Profile of frame shall be mitred cut and fusion welded at all corners, mullion (if required) shall be also fusion welded including drilling of holes for fixing hardware's and drainage of water etc. After fixing frame the gap between frame and adjacent finished wall shall be filled with weather proof silicon sealant over backer rod of required size and of approved quality, all complete as per approved drawing & direction of Engineer-in-Charge. (Glass shall be paid separately). Note: For uPVC frame, sash and mullion extruded profiles minus 5% tolerance in dimension i.e. in depth & width of profile shall be acceptable. Material and labour for replacement of point wiring with PVC insulated and unsheathed multistranded FRLS-H copper conductor single core 1.5 sqmm (nominal area) cable using approved colour code as per IS drawing in and incl incl heavy duty PVC cassing capping on stone masonry/ brick wall, for not less than 25 mm which shall be increased as per site requirement with all accessories suitable for modular type fitment including provision for fixing of modular flush boxes of suitable size complete alongwith copper earth wire PVC insulated & unsheathed multistranded (FRLS-H) copper conductor cable of size 1.5 mm as continuous earth wire connected to common earth dolly complete all specified and marking good disturbed surfaces of wall, floor or ceiling with plaster and finishing the surfaces with distemper/white washing/colour washing to match with the existing surface complete and as directed.

Note : The amount against Schedule of Credit on Page No. 46 shall be deducted from the total amount quoted against Sch 'A' while deriving lum Sum for Acceptance.
